The main features are the large public bath, and Hokke Club's delicious breakfast with a wide selection of local dishes.
As for the location, it's convenient, with Heiwa Park within walking distance. "We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Hiroshima. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Hondori Shopping Street, several malls, bars, and restaurants. It was easy to explore the city, with the nearest tram station about a 10-minute walk away, offering direct access to the central railway station and other parts of Hiroshima.
We stayed in a Semi Double Room, which was quite compact, and the bed felt a bit narrow for two people. That said, the amenities were thoughtful and well-curated. We especially liked the traditional-style bathroom, as well as the complimentary sheet masks and foot patches — a nice touch after a day of walking around the city.
The staff were friendly and helpful, as you’d expect in Japan. Overall, despite the small room, we had a good experience and appreciated the convenience and service."

"This is our second time staying in Via Inn brand hotel (Nagoya and this time Hiroshima).
The hot bath in Hiroshima is a white bubble bath, very comfortable and lovely. Would be better if there is a waiting and resting area at the lift lobby.
The breakfast served is in komeda cafe next door, which may not be enough for big breakfast eaters.
We slept well in the room, very spacious and quiet. Just a few minutes walk from Hiroshima Jr stations and bus stops.
We will definitely choose to stay in Via Inn again nin our next trips."

"The location of the hotel is very central and convenient. There are already hundreds of different restaurants in the back street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the shopping street and the main department stores. The A-bomb Memorial Hall is also about 20 minutes by car.
The hotel is very intimate, ready to toiletries slippers, pajamas and towels. It is worth admiring that their family has a new generation of Rafe hair dryers, very attentive, is the most pleasing of long-haired ladies.
The bathroom has a laundry drying function, which is perfect for family travelers.
The whole is very neat and clean. And the email reply is very fast. Very satisfied"

"I stayed with a friend before. The price was very cheap and the room was wide 々, and the kitchen was equipped with all the tableware and microwaves, which was very helpful. There was a convenience store nearby, and it was not far from Hiroshima Station and it was a fun trip"

"Hotel is a bit far from Hiroshima Station..but near Hiroshima Bus Terminal..
There is 7-11 downstairs.. There is a tram downstairs for one minute..
But the sound is a bit awkward next door..
Someone has been a little awkward upstairs at 12 o'clock in the evening..
In the evening, the hotel will come out with lights.. I will also turn off.. There are d eyes..

"very convenient location, many cafes and shops nearby. We really liked PARCO. The Hiroshima Peace Museum and Peace Memorial Park are a 20-minute walk away. There is a tram stop opposite the hotel, which allows you to get to any part of the city and Hiroshima station is not very far away. The stay was comfortable, we liked everything."

JJetsetter BabeHotel is easy to find from the train station with the large hotel name on the top of the building. Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room is sufficient for a one night stay, bit cramped but still have enough room to open the suitcases. We marked 4 star for amenities as there was not bottled water provided in the room and hotel pajamas. We have stayed in many other Japanese hotels with the same star rating with less room cost that have provided both amenities.

AAnonymous UserThe room was very clean but the set up was very awkward with a sink in the bedroom and the shower and toilet separate. It was quite a long walk from Hiroshima station. Closest transport was a tram which isn't covered by JR pass so I ended up paying extra to get to and from the station. You had to collect your own toiletries from reception. Was ok for a night stay but wouldn't stay longer than that as no space to even store a suitcase and had to leave it by the door.

NNoccy SquidPosition is super central, less than 10 min walking or 1 tram stop from the train station. Facilities modern, clean. Room is tiny but in line with Japanese standards. I was staying with my friend and we had 2 rooms. I don’t know why but my room did not get serviced while my friend’s did. We left and came back at the same time and my room had not be cleaned (although I had even left the sign please clean the room on the door). I got a bag of new towels left at the doorstep but no cleaning inside.

BBridge the GapAlthough walking distance to the train station and attached shopping arcade, the hotel is in a business park area and not very convenient for the tourist sites in town The rooms are small and a little dingy - the hotel itself is a bit older and needs a sprucing up. Breakfast is served downstairs and the food is mediocre at best - I definitely wouldn't pay for it again. There isn't much around the hotel - I walked around on my way back at night, looking for someplace to get a bite to eat or a a drink and couldn't find anything (a few blocks away was a terrible place that had a lot of unmarked fees and charges). If I were to do it all over, I definitely would choose a different hotel in a different area. (Please note: the hotel did nothing wrong, per se, and the staff was very nice! It just wasn’t the right place for me, for purpose of this trip.)

Cleanliness: Standard for a business hotel, with refreshed linens.
Environment: Decent, and the location was superb.
Service: The hot spring on the 10th floor was a pleasant experience, also featuring an outdoor pool and a sauna.

Parking is available nearby, and you'll find plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, which is very convenient for guests.

DDe XingThe hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help when you enter the hotel. They also understands English when my Japanese fails me haha.
They have a coffee machine that one can use once a day behind the staircase.
They also have breakfast in buffet style only for ¥500. I find it quite delicious, you can purchase the ticket at the counter. You have buy in advance as it might run out.
The location is very convenient its less than 5 minutes walk to the closest tram station. It is also close the atomic bomb museum. You can also borrow mama chari(bicycle) from the hotel for up to 4 hours. It is convenient for getting food or go to the peace park.
They have sleepwear and amenities you can take opposite the front desk.

OOzYoPiczThis Hotel is fantastic and I’d absolutely stay here again.
The onsen on the top floor features a large communal bath and a sauna.
The bed is very comfortable and there’s also a mini fridge for chilling drinks.
They have a self service Laundry with separate dryers on the ground floor next to the rather unused Internet lounge.
The breakfast in the morning was very filling with a great variety of soups, salads, congee, breads and proteins.
It’s only a short stroll to Hiroshima Station for a great range of local delicacies like Okonomiyaki.
Staff were attentive and helpful speaking a little English.
Will gladly stay again. Arigato Gozaimasu!

SSarah H.Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And it’s not exactly 2 beds. There’s one double bed and then there’s a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesn’t speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didn’t know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasn’t very cooperative or nice and wouldn’t let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. It’s not written anywhere.
