Amazing
JJacDegasThe hotel's location is absolutely ideal. It's just a few minutes' walk from Hatchobori tram stop, which is a short tram ride from Hiroshima Station. Many famous attractions are within walking distance, and you can also catch a bus nearby to The Outlet. There's a shopping street close by with plenty of options for shopping and dining.
The room itself was comfortable and spacious, and I especially appreciated the new model washer/dryer, which was very convenient. However, it's crucial to remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door in the morning; otherwise, they won't clean your room or replace your towels.
Guests can enjoy complimentary access to their shared lounge (outside of breakfast hours and excluding alcoholic beverages), which offers soft drinks, coffee, and snacks.
SSan4eyZBreakfast was good with plenty of options. The room was a little tight, lacking room to fully open a large suitcase with the default furniture layout. We needed to move the chair to do that. Despite the overall room size, a large part of it was occupied by the bathroom.Coin laundry was helpful. The overall experience was good.
GGuest UserHiroshima was a pleasant surprise! The city is quite large and beautiful. The hotel offers a shuttle van in the mornings that can take you to the JR station; just book it in advance at the front desk. The top floor has an onsen (hot spring bath), and after your soak, there's free ice cream. From 5 AM to 10 AM, they offer complimentary Yakult, and from 9:30 PM to 11 PM, there's free ramen and drinks. Don't miss out on these perks if you're staying here!
GGuest UserLocated in Hiroshima's bustling commercial district, this hotel is right next to the bus center and Kamiya-cho Sogo department store, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with pleasant views from the window. Highly recommended!
CChua.JustinI booked a standard capsule cabin for two nights. The room was clean and tidy. However, some guests didn’t seem to follow the rules and made noise after 11 p.m. by zipping and rearranging their luggage, and by opening and closing the door frequently. The hotel itself is excellent, but guests who are unable to be considerate of others are really not suited to staying in a capsule hotel.
GGuest UserThere was a feeling of cleanliness, the room was beautiful, and the amenities were abundant, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.
I would like to introduce it to my friends.
Aathena •u•The hotel is near a train station which makes travelling convenient! The staff is also very friendly and can communicate in English. The room is spacious, although it doesn’t have much of a view but it’s not big of an issue for us. The reception is on the third floor and there’s a separate elevator to go up to the guest rooms. It was a comfortable stay
GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and can be fully opened for two people to carry their luggage. The TV can also be connected to the phone to play videos. In addition, the kitchenette in the room is fully equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker. There is no need to worry about being hungry at night and having nothing to eat.
The toilet bathtub is also very spacious. After buying a few packs of bath detergent nearby, taking a bath every night has become a mandatory action! Plus the washing machine in the toilet, all facilities are very convenient!
Most of the front desk staff can speak simple English, and there is no problem with basic communication. The enthusiasm and smiles of the staff are also worthy of praise!
At this price, the hotel’s CP value is really high! Will definitely come again next time!
PPmac.famillyThe hotel is located a bit further from the city center than what I imagined.
Overall the stay was great, the room is spacious, a bit old… The breakfast was very busy (had to wait 5 min before going in), the breakfast buffet has therefore a large variety of choices. No hot chocolate though…
Staff is great ! There is even complimentary drinks and cookies available. I would recommend for 1 night only
GGuest UserAlthough it was close to Hiroshima Station and the downtown area, the room was quiet and calm. It looked a little old, but it was clean and there were no problems. It was also nice to be able to relax and enjoy the river view from the window. I would definitely stay here again.
