The living room provides additional space with a sofa bed and television, perfect for lounging or accommodating extra guests. Amenities such as a hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, WiFi, and AC / heat are all provided for your convenience. The cell service is not great and neither is the wifi. As with any remote location, you could encounter wildlife. Please be prepared to monitor your pets and children. Bring crates or kennels for your pets and please kennel them when they are unsupervised. You will be charged for any damage done by your pets to the property or furniture. There is no fenced area on the property for pets. Smoking is fine outside, there is a nice front porch area with seating.
