"The hotel is clean, well equipped, spacious and convenient. No extra bed, Sunday lunch, the staff here is very warm and patient, and can't speak French in English."
"The hotel airport is very close, the room is very clean, the male receptionist at the front desk is very patient and enthusiastic. I specially arrived at the store in advance to receive us, and helped us mention the room with the suitcase, and called us to drop off at 5 o'clock in the morning. The driver also came in advance. Thank you very much."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the Sanctuary, it is comfortable and clean, it has air conditioning. We have only had one dinner and three breakfasts: the food is in the standards of a 4-star hotel.
SSoesiantyThe hotel is really near the station so it's really eazy for people who visited Lourdes for the first time. You just need to cross the street. The interiors look really nice and the staff are friendly. The room is also nice and big enough. It also near the Sanctuary, you only need to walk a couple of minutes. Our experience has been great, thankyou so much Best Western!!
GGuest UserVery welcoming, cozy, and beautiful with a view of a river from my room. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed.
Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, in the city center and close to all the attractions of Lourdes. Another plus is the low cost of the room.
The hotel is located in an old building, hence such features as creaking floors and thin walls with poor sound insulation.
Our room 24 was the cheapest, on the 2nd floor. You could go up on a small elevator. The room itself is very simple, the room was renovated a long time ago. The main disadvantage is that there is no window to the street. When booking, it was indicated ”city view”, but our window overlooked a light well courtyard 2x2 m, the neighbors' window is 2 meters away. Fresh air does not enter the room, there is little light. As a result, there is an unpleasant smell of old age, it was stuffy to sleep at night.
The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean. The shower is normal, the sink was clogged.
The hotel is suitable for one night maximum for those who are ready to put up with noise and lack of ventilation.
EEdigonzaloThe hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.
MmaiThe reception service was prompt answering enquiries prior to chevk in inspite of shorter time of operation.
The facade of the building is half run down and half little bit maintained.
The reception is nicely maintained in terms of the presentation; the floor is sticky though. Although, when we had our breakfast they were mopping the floor.
Breakfast is decent price, nothing fancy but your typical French bread, cheese, charcuterie.
Room floor is sticky. Toilet/Shower is clean but shirting has signs of neglect. A little bit dusty.
Bed is clean and so is the kitchen.
Place location is 11min walk to the lourdes site.
Thus this place is acceptable for a day or two accommodation.
GGuest UserOutst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account
GGuest UserWe had a great and nice experience at the hotel and their services and cleanliness were great. Our only problem was their breakfast which they need to improve on .
GGuest UserWe just wanted a place to sleep and store our bags while we participate in the activities of the grotto. So it was just the right place for us.
Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French.

A suive.
