Outstanding
GGuest UserThe hotel is just opposite the train station. The front desk service is very good. After checking in, they immediately gave us a tourist map of Colmar and drew a circle for the route map. On the day we arrived, we walked from the hotel to the center, which was not far, so we just followed the circled map. The next morning, we found that there were many buses around the hotel, and we could also take them to the nearby towns. Colmar is worthy of being one of the top ten most beautiful towns!
FFRANKLIN JL.Unforgettable Excellent one night stay. The room are good. The breakfast had wide range of food. I just they have coffee machine. Also the freshly Squeeze orange juice machine. Just how fresh are all the food.
Thank you also for the receptionist who made my day so special. Outstanding service. Very friendly.
My room at the Attic are so unique.
Also the location of the hotel are excellent. Behind is the old town of Colmar. Many restaurants and cafes as well. You wouldn't go hungry.
Fully recommended to all travellers whether Solo, Couple or families.
IIsolamanThe hotel is 20 minutes from the station and less than 10 minutes from the city center. The facilities are very cost-effective in terms of European hotels. The hotel staff are also very helpful and helpful. There are also snack shops and convenience stores nearby.
SSusanHotel was easy to find and parking availability was ample. We arrived late in the evening and the staff was very kind to check us in smoothly. Hotel is quiet and clean with a pleasant lobby and lounge. We didn’t try the restaurant but it looked nice as well. Beds were comfortable and accommodations were perfect for our overnight stay. Would recommend to any fellow travelers.
GGuest UserWe was 9 night sejour in adagio hotel, the holidays days was very relaxing thank the personal, location and good apartment room to enjoy our trip.First of first all the receptionist was very friendly and kindly and the hotel large studio was super clean and comfortable, the bed very comfortable and can very good sleep, kitchen is well with all what need for to cook some lunch or dinner. The hotel hat one schwimpool but we have nothing us because was not the time for schwimm.. The location of hotel was super you can in saint louis shopping go directly to station Frontiere ( that is 100 meter form Hotel) with bus 604 up E.Leclerc saint Lois,( is 10 bus station) here find many französische Spezialitäten and the same time.from hotel up basel very close to basel city and Bahnhof train station with tram 11. We have pay week tickets for 7 days for 45 Frank pro person for Basel and all Basel Zone and for 47 Frank pro person tickets for Zürich for to go and back. The time is very quickly run and is everywhere many attractions., The Adagio hotel is for sure one address to recommend to another costumer.thanks for the nice holiday time.
PPierre-HenriWe had a great time.
The relaxation area with the swimming pool and sauna is a real plus.
Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice.
I recommend.
GGuest UserThe hotel was in a very central location, the room was very clean, very close to the train station and the center, there was no refrigerator in the room, nor was it on the internet pages, it was very quiet and we had a good rest because it was quiet, it was a simple and clean room. The staff was helpful, although the check-in time was at 15:00, I had a migraine due to fatigue when we arrived at the hotel and we went to the room at 14:00, also thank you for that.
BBritKoThe location is very convenient for exploring Mulhouse and the surrounding area. It is a few minutes walk to the train station and a one minute walk to the nearest tram stop.
The front desk staff are very helpful. The room itself was a bit run-down, but was suitable for a family of four. The floor needs replacing as it has seen better days. Overall though, it is a great place to use as a base when exploring the region.
リリセイデンI understand that this is a backpacker's hotel for an overnight stay, so I expect that the hotel will be near the highway and understand that I need to walk on the dark road for about 1km to get there, but at least, they need to let the guest enter the lobby first.
I arrived at the hotel at around midnight, the receptionist was away, nobody was at the desk and the work was outsourced to somebody working remotely with the intercom at the front of the building. The hotel implemented a new checking system using a check-in machine, which will need a code in the confirmation email. However, the code was nowhere to be found wherever in the trip.com app or the confirmation email of mine.
More frustratingly, the reception clerk had a very strong French accent in his English, so we couldn't understand each other clearly. In the end, a kind gentleman went down smoking and helped me communicate with them in French, solving my issue. If he wasn't there, I would probably have got locked outside for the night. This is unbelievable.
This is a very unpleasant experience. I'm writing to tell other international tourists to stay away from this place, if you can't solve these issues like me.
