GGuest UserWe booked the Shantangliang private room, two 1.3 meters of mattresses on the same platform, put together to sleep two big and two small loose. There is a terrace at the door of the room, there are tables and chairs, and tea is suitable. The room is separated from washing, toilet and shower, and the area is reasonably divided. But if there are many guests, the water pressure will be unstable, and sometimes the water will not be released for a long time. The boss said that the water pressure failure has been positioned and will be solved in the future. If you go recently, it is recommended to book a Baoji Temple room. The indoor space is larger. Although there is a big bed, there is tatami mats near the window. Sleeping a child is also loose, and the location is lower than the flash pond beam, and the impact of water pressure is small. The homestay is located on the top of the tea mountain, with beautiful scenery, but there is no supporting business around, so it is recommended to book a board and lodging package. Drinks also need to be brought by yourself. You can experience tea picking for free. It is too difficult. We have picked tea for a day and a half, and we have not picked enough tea. The fried tea is still fried. After all this, the children fell in love with learning. The homestay is half an hour's drive from the rape flower viewing area of Yuandun Longwan. You can enjoy flowers and cruise ships, and you can stroll around.

1118459****Newly renovated in 2024, this hotel is located near the train station, offering a tranquil escape amidst the hustle and bustle! The facilities are excellent, and the service is friendly. Since our train wasn't arriving until 9:00 PM, we planned to leave our luggage at the hotel before heading out to explore, checking in at noon and then checking in again. To our surprise, the front desk lady said there were rooms available, and she checked us in right away. Even though our room hadn't been cleaned yet, she even gave us a free upgrade! We were thrilled! When we ran out of drinking water in the room, we requested it online, and a robot promptly delivered it to our room! On the day of our checkout, we were going to a scenic area and worried we wouldn't be able to get back to the hotel in time for check-out. The front desk lady who stored our luggage was incredibly helpful and took care of everything for us! In short, Orange Crystal is always trustworthy!

There are all kinds of snacks downstairs, which is very convenient. The weather was hot on the day I arrived in Hanzhong, so I was sweating when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk lady was very considerate. She handed me a tissue and asked me if I needed tea. Because there was a pick-up service, the staff was on break, so she told me that I could take a taxi and the taxi fare would be reimbursed. As a result, it was reimbursed when I checked out the next day. The environment in the room is very good. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there are bathrobes. There is also a special office area in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. The floor-to-ceiling windows look at the city scenery outside. It's super cool. For people like me who like to watch the night view of the city, it's really great. I can sit by the window and watch it all the time. The curtains are also electric, which is very convenient. The only thing is that It's a pity that I checked out too early the next day because I had other plans. I didn't enjoy the city view enough. It rained the next day, so I didn't take pictures of the sunrise. One shortcoming is that I called the front desk from the landline in the room. I followed the prompts and called several times but couldn't get through. I saw that there was laundry delivery and wanted to inquire about the price and time, but I was too lazy to go downstairs, so I remembered to call the front desk. MM223098****With the elderly and children looking forward to staying at the Hanzhong Vienna Hotel, they encountered an extremely disappointing and chilling service attitude.
The front desk is indifferent like ice, ignoring basic needs:
At the time of check-in, only one front desk employee was inefficient and took 13 minutes to complete the registration. After entering the room, I was worried about the safety of the child and asked if I could provide a bed fence. The front desk said bluntly ”no” and directly rejected it. Trying to communicate whether you can add a soft chair as an alternative, the result is still cold ”no”. In the face of the residents with elderly children, there is no willingness to empathy and assistance, and there is a mechanical refusal.
Restaurant perfunctory preparation, special business card into empty talk:
During breakfast time (7：30-9：30), we went to the restaurant at 8:12. As a walnut dumpling with Hanzhong characteristics, the plate was empty! Ask the waiter, only get an indifferent answer of ”just finished eating, no”. During the prime time of breakfast, the hotel failed to prepare a reasonable meal, especially for the important ”business card” of local specialties, and it was as you wanted, unilaterally ”informing” that there was no goods. This is not only a disregard for customer rights, but also an arrogant and perfunctory service!
The cold words and negative responses of the front desk and restaurant staff of Vienna have cut the trust of customers, cut the brand reputation of Vienna, and deeply cut the beautiful image of the efforts of the Chinese and Chinese travel! Such service is worthy of the name of ”service industry”!

GGuest UserI am very fortunate to choose this homestay for two nights. The bedding is very comfortable and comparable to a four-star hotel, very quiet. The room price with a terrace is only more than 100, and the price is super high. The boss cooks very deliciously, the service attitude is very good, especially warm and feels at home. However some of the design features such as the positioning of clothes rack in the bathroom (located in the toilet instead of the shower area), bathtub in the room itself and the handle outside of the toilet door are slightly baffling. Having said that these design elements do not take away from the room and the service. 4.5 stars

There is a smell in the toilet after entering the room, which is irritating. There are also cockroaches in the room. There is no mineral water, so I have to boil it myself. I looked at the kettle and decided not to do it. We live near the parking lot, so it's noisy at night and early morning.

For around 200 yuan, staying in a hotel in Xi'an is not that bad. Overall, the price/performance ratio is still low. I hope the merchants will see some improvements.
