Hotels in Wulin Square Area, Hangzhou

The room is very spacious, and with free mini bar too. The hotel staff is very friendly. When you order for food delivery, the cute hotel robot will send it to your room. The location is not too bad. Need to walk a bit to reach the nearest subway station. The breakfast standard , has fruits , chinese cuisines and western ham and eggs.

Got the highest level room, at 24th storey - believe an upgrade was given tho the front desk did not mention. Appreciate the nice gesture. Had a 2 comfortable night with the hotel. Room is high tech with curtain control. Bidet is also present, totally amazed. Best thing about the hotel, separated toilet from showers. Nearby the hotel is a local supermarket. Right at foot of hotel is a convenience store. Opposite is a couple of pharmacy. Train station exit is just right along the main road pathway, 1min accessible. There is also Tim Hortons in the building. Other bubble tea is also around the hotel. Definitely liking this hotel that i'm booking it again for my return trip. Only negative about this hotel is pick up and drop off point for DiDi etc is along the mainroad on bike lane, which can be dangerous since many bikes are around all the time.

Our second stay in the same hotel after we return from a short trip from Shanghai. This time, the hotel gave us an even bigger and spacious family room. We appreciated this a lot and made our last night in Hangzhou so much more pleasant. Once again the hotel staffs are super friendly and room has everything you need. Breakfast buffet is average as they do not change much of the food varieties a lot. 

A marvelous experience and I was extremely impressed by the high-quality services this hotel could provide! Location must be 100 full credits, so close to the West Lake Plaza! Very satisfied with the top roof garden views.

Very good hotel, nice and spacious rooms, excellent service, convenient location, value for money. Definitely will stay here again if I come to Hangzhou. I highly recommend this hotel.

The renovated room is indeed very luxurious and modern in style. Check-in is on the 25th floor of the sky lobby. Xiaofang at the front desk has a very good attitude and is very considerate and thoughtful in his cordial greetings. The aunt in the corridor also greets me very thoughtfully. The location is in Wulin Square, close to Broken Bridge Canxue, which is very convenient for going to the West Lake. You can also go to Wulin Night Market for dinner in the evening. There is a special line to Lingyin Temple on the road next door. I will stay here again next time I come to Hangzhou! The twin room I stayed in this time was great, the facilities were luxurious, the bedding was very clean, and it was equipped with a smart toilet. The shampoo in the shower was Huirun, the shower gel was Keyouran, and it also came with body lotion, which was very safe to use. . The slippers are very thick and soft, and the TV cannot be cast. The breakfast variety is very rich, and the dishes change every day. The freshly made ones include ravioli, beef noodles, egg pancakes and Wenzhou glutinous rice. The drinks include freshly ground coffee and orange juice. There are also many choices of hot dishes and fruits. I go out feeling full every day. ~

The room is very clean, the facilities are very new, and parking is convenient. Compared with the hotels near the West Lake, the price-performance ratio is very high. The hotel is a few steps away from the subway and across the street from Joy City, which is very convenient for eating and traveling. Afternoon tea is also provided, which is very suitable for a short rest in the lobby bar after checking out. I hope to maintain the service level and choose this hotel next time I go to Hangzhou.

It was beyond my expectation. It is not far from the subway and Wulin Night Market. There are high-end shopping malls around. It takes less than an hour to walk to the West Lake. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is a surprise every day, the supper is also good, and the restaurant provides hot water (tea) 24 hours a day. I give it a thumbs up. The staff's warm and thoughtful service is impressive. Thank you.

The room is nice. It is 150 meters away from the bus stop. It is very convenient to go to West Lake by subway. Just take the subway. The breakfast of the hotel is good. It is rich among the light-stay brands. It has Hangzhou-style noodles. It's delicious. The hotel also has self-service vending machines and self-service lockers. I think this design is very convenient. You can use it right after you get out of the elevator. The self-service lockers are free. It's really user-friendly. The front desk girl served Very good check-in, tea was given, water was given when leaving, and a small doll was given to me. I was very happy. This trip was really worth it. Very nice hotel with a very nice staff! The room was not that big but very very cozy. The position is very convenient, five minutes away from the metro station. Close to the hotel there are also a few bars where to have drinks at night. I would totally recommend it if staying in Hangzhou!
