Hotels in Wulin Square Area, Hangzhou

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk to the pier to take the canal boat and walk to museums nearby. We also walked to the west lake, about 1.4 km. The breakfast is good (Chinese style). We went during Chinese holidays and the hotel was full, people took all the pudding as soon as it arrived, but the hotel kept refilling. The room was very comfortable, big, with a bed and a nice view of the city (13 floor). The cleaning lady was very patient and cleaned our room past mid-day. The receptionist kiki helped us in English using WeChat translation, and gave us a lot of information on the walking tours to the west lake, pagoda and canal.

The front desk staff are super nice, e.g. Selia. They patiently answer the questions we have and also give some gifts to my kids during checking out. The room is spacious. FOC to providing bottle of water. Very near to the Metro (LRT) station.

Very good amenities and service. Plus it's excellent location, it has made for a perfect stay. Love the bidet, the friendly housekeeper, the rooftop deck, the bed is so comfortable, and they provide luggage storage too - so that you can leave your bags to explore the city before you leave for the airport - and the general vibe of the hotel! They seem to really love Marco polo which is so cute 🥰 The air conditioning is adjustable too, so you can have your room warm-ish or cold. Thank you so much for such a great stay!

Advantages: New hotel, complete facilities, smart rooms, good soundproofing. Breakfast is not very rich, but tastes good, and there are delicious fried dumplings. The sanitation is very clean and professional. The room view is super good, beyond expectations. The service attitude is also very good, and the room service responds quickly. Disadvantages: The transportation is not very convenient, not suitable for the first time to visit attractions. The room is not very big. But because of this, the price is also cheap. High cost performance. The elevator waits for a long time, and the robot that delivers food is not smart.

The location is very convenient for visiting the city. The room we stayed in was large and clean, and the staff was very courteous. Although almost no one spoke English, we managed to communicate using a phone translator. We requested laundry service, and they were very quick to return our clean clothes within a few hours. The breakfast was very varied and good.

I had a wonderful stay at Wulin Jingyu Tingyuan Hotel. The room was huge, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. It was not only comfortable but also incredibly cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view from the window. A perfect way to start and end the day. Breakfast was another interesting aspect of my stay. The selection was fantastic, featuring both delicious Chinese dishes and a variety of Western options. There’s something for everyone. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. Their warm hospitality made all the difference. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and an unforgettable view, all complemented by an amazing team!

Right next to Joy City, there is a gym and swimming pool downstairs, as well as a ping-pong table. It is convenient to go to Wensan Road for business. There are also gifts for children, which is a good experience. They also gave popcorn and lollipops, and the little one was very happy!

Super cozy hotel with excellent cleanliness and big space for families vacations! Breakfast was superb and lots of variety to choose from too .

This is my first time staying at the Atour brand ~ Light Residence Hotel. The first floor of the hotel displays Atour's products, and the night snack service is also very considerate. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Wulinmen Pier. You can take a water bus to take a trip to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Wulin Night Market to enjoy delicious food. The spring cherry blossoms along the way are very beautiful. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and comfortable to stay in. Recommended~

Excellent hotel with fantastic service and amenities. Washing machine and dryer available, strong WiFi in rooms, and Chinese tea + water in room. Front desk staff were polite and extremely helpful in helping me with various random issues (e.g. providing me w china mobile number for food delivery, accomodating to room extension without hassle, replacing room card when I misplaced mine almost immediately after check in) Location is about 20min walk from the nearest attraction (Westlake and/or Wulin night market). Also, kinda cool that it's directly opposite a TCM hospital.
