It's our 2nd stay at this hotel. We love the location and the overall cleanliness. The services provided by the check in counter staff ”小蛋糕” was very good. Room was spacious and everything was within our expectations. It's a value for money hotel that is highly recommended.

We really love our stay in Elong hotel, the hotel is clean, has vary and delicious breakfast, wide and free laundry room. We have a free upgrade room since we stay with kids. Love it!

Very nice room, environment and services with stunning lake view. Walking distance to west lake. Breakfast is delicious with rich varieties. I love that they have washers dryers for free! Staff were helpful to help us check in close to mid night due to flight delay. They even upgrade us to a bigger family suite. The room was very clean and the air con temperature was comfortable. Breakfast selection was good with Chinese and western food. We visited their viewing terrace at level 18 and got a fantastic view of the city and West Lake. Would stay there if we visit Hangzhou again.

The location is very convenient for visiting the city. The room we stayed in was large and clean, and the staff was very courteous. Although almost no one spoke English, we managed to communicate using a phone translator. We requested laundry service, and they were very quick to return our clean clothes within a few hours. The breakfast was very varied and good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made my stay more pleasant. However, the hotel itself is quite old and in need of renovation. The rooms felt outdated, and cleanliness could have been better—some areas, especially the bathrooms seemed a bit neglected.

I originally planned to go home that day, but I played too late in Daming Mountain, so I just booked a hotel online (Wenlan's name sounds good). As a result, the stay experience was great! From the warm reception at the front desk to the timely response to the room service, every detail makes people feel very considerate. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and there is a smart home. Xiaodu classmate, my son had a lot of fun and said that the hotel is high-end, and it is also close to the business district and West Lake. Joy City is next to it, and it is super convenient to travel. Highly recommended to everyone!

Location is far from everywhere. Nearby don’t have much eateries that are within walking distance and breakfast is simple Chinese dishes, eat the same thing for three days are boring. Coffee like water. Only good is the staff that are attentive and helpful
