“糖糕” service is the most satisfying, warmest welcome and great service for our families stayed. Thank you for providing breakfast, we enjoyed a lot for 6 nights stayed. Great location and walking distance and easy access to shopping streets and mall. Highly recommended!

上月來杭州辦事情後這次還是選擇了這家，不是暑期客流量降低了很多東西早餐也不擁擠了，早餐這個性價比還是很高的，前台客房以及餐廳服務也滿意的。這次房型還不錯，但可能這個季節吧蚊蟲還是蠻多的，朋友一晚上咬了四五個包。床單被套有點點潮濕的感覺。希望酒店在衞生打掃方面再加強一下

和朋友週末來杭州小聚，這家酒店沒選錯。酒店位置超絕，去各個景點和商場都很方便。是我喜歡的設計風格，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，洗浴用品味道好聞。前台服務超貼心，我訂錯了，幫我免費升級成大床。早餐選擇豐富，停車免費，唯一不方便的是停車場沒有充電樁，去杭州大廈找超充，結果走錯，走到C座，是個慢充，充電是不貴，但停車費10元一小時，付了30

在武林廣場附件位置很好，離我要去的杭州中心很近，晚上約了幾個朋友在那邊吃了飯正好去旁邊中山北路小酒吧坐坐。前廳服務人員很好，走的時間主動給我水帶路上喝，早餐也很豐富，房間很大，床很舒服，衞生也不錯，不愧是大酒店，就是舒服，一晚上都沒醒過，比在家裡睡還舒服！
