Hi staff hotel .we have pleasant stay during our 5 day .thank you for good hospitality and friendly services from Front reception to chamber maid. The room are well maintained and good layout .bed linen and towels are quality house brand,.bed are comfortable and we sleep well .the air-conditioning cold and warmer well tuning .Shower bath pressure hot and cold perfect and ..security hotel strict.we feel safe because guest room are only able to access the room level only . For the hotel location are very convenient accessible to from metro station Ding An road exit D line red . Recommended for those travel to Holiday at Hangzhou do check in this hotel .

Great customer service attitude from the front desk and house keeping staff. Special mention to Miss 袁巧花 of the house keeping team for being proactive in assisting our needs. That is why I took a picture of her name tag so I can mention her here in this review Location: Great 👍! Walking distance to shopping malls, pedestrian shopping streets, and the west lake. 7/11, restaurants beside the hotel. Buffet breakfast included, well worth it at 59yuan because of the numerous selections. Also had buffet seafood dinner that has unlimited famous hairy crab, a wide selection of food at 150 yuan only, shockingly cheap. Enjoyed taking videos of the robot delivering our food ordered from outside the hotel also picture attached

RenHe Hotel is not only situated right beside popular West Lake, and right at the start of the Pedestrian Shopping Street with lots of food to choose from. Booked a family room, which is very spacious and clean too. Definitely worth the price. A window view of the West Lake for your reference. Counter staff (ie Xiao Zhou) has been very polite and helpful. The hotel staff are generally proactive and professional. Only setback will be that the hotel outsourced the breakfast, which is below average standards. Frankly, I rather order MeiTuan which is more worthy. With that, this hotel is equipped with Delivery Robot to deliver the food delivery to your doorstep. In retrospect, my family (especially my boys) and I really enjoyed our stay here. Hangzhou has beautiful weather most of the time. We will be back again to RenHe Hotel Hangzhou.

I recently stayed at Zhongshan West Lake Hotel Hangzhou, and while my overall experience was pleasant, there were notable areas for improvement. The hotel’s amenities are impressive. My room was well-equipped, featuring a Dyson hair dryer, which was a thoughtful and luxurious touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room’s modern design created a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was decent, offering a selection of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. However, the variety was lacking for a hotel of this caliber. After a few days, the options felt repetitive, and I would have appreciated a broader range to cater to different tastes. Unfortunately, the hotel reception fell short of expectations. While check-in was smooth, the staff were generally unhelpful when approached with queries or requests. On one occasion, I waited over 15 minutes for assistance, only to receive a vague response. This level of service does not align with the hotel's otherwise high standards. To maintain its popularity, Zhongshan West Lake Hotel Hangzhou should focus on improving staff training and attentiveness. With these adjustments, the hotel has the potential to offer an exceptional guest experience.

Couldn't have wished for a better stay! ❤️ Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast buffet in a revolving restaurant on the 20th floor. Last but not least, the Friendship Hotel is located in the direct vicinity of both the West Lake and the metro line to both railway stations. Tip: book a room with lake view! Thank you, Friendship Hotel, we look forward to our next visit.

Got the highest level room, at 24th storey - believe an upgrade was given tho the front desk did not mention. Appreciate the nice gesture. Had a 2 comfortable night with the hotel. Room is high tech with curtain control. Bidet is also present, totally amazed. Best thing about the hotel, separated toilet from showers. Nearby the hotel is a local supermarket. Right at foot of hotel is a convenience store. Opposite is a couple of pharmacy. Train station exit is just right along the main road pathway, 1min accessible. There is also Tim Hortons in the building. Other bubble tea is also around the hotel. Definitely liking this hotel that i'm booking it again for my return trip. Only negative about this hotel is pick up and drop off point for DiDi etc is along the mainroad on bike lane, which can be dangerous since many bikes are around all the time.

小张 service was excellent. If there is a 5.1 Stars rating, I will give it. I am totally impressed from the room to the toilet to the morning breakfast restaurant. Initially I was skeptical about this hotel as it looks too good to be true. Cleanliness. Spotless. The feel and the area to me is very clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Location. Near to metro, Feng qi station. About 30m away. Didn't take it but if u are looking for a hotel near a metro, no hesitation Service. From front desk to the hotel staffs, they are all very professional. Amenities. For anyone looking for a hotel with washing machines, there are 4 wash machines and 4 dryers at level 5. At level 8, there are 1 dryer and 2 washing machines. Good if u need a chance to wash your clothes before continuing with the next leg.

The room is very spacious, and with free mini bar too. The hotel staff is very friendly. When you order for food delivery, the cute hotel robot will send it to your room. The location is not too bad. Need to walk a bit to reach the nearest subway station. The breakfast standard , has fruits , chinese cuisines and western ham and eggs.

There isn't word to describe the fabulous stay in qiyupai! More than excellent in all aspects. First, the east meets west interior design is outstanding, love the zen tatami spacious room with a bathtub concept. Cosy living room area with a chinese tea set relaxing couch potato 🥔 experience. Right outside the room entrance is a unique bamboo garden. The service is top notch, too. Conceige offered help to do laundry overnight at free of charge. Really, you will regret not to stay at this premise. Centralized location with night market selling local delicacy and handicraft :]

The location is very strategist, behind n77 mall, you can just across the road. 10-15 minutes walk to Xi hu lake. But the name and location of this hotel doesnot appear at google map but you can see at trip.com map or amap. They use LCD projector big screen instead of LED TV in the room. No breakfast in this hotel, but they offer a lot of free snack, water (bottle) and soft drinks in the ground floor. They have no lobby and parking space so its little uncomfortable if you have a lot of luggages and a car to pick you up. But hotel staffs are so helpful.
