Great service! Friendly counter staff. They greet you almost everytime you pass by them. Lol. Good location. Right at the heart of a beautiful stretch of road. Such vibe place. Really an awesome stay here! There’s laundry. However there’s only 2 washers and 2 dryers. Need to wait a long time at night to wash clothes as everyone will be waiting to wash. Good working garment steamer. Best thing is that there is so many halal food around here. However the mosque nearby is just an ancient monument. Not able to pray inside. No azan no iqamah. How sad. Received a gift at the end of our stay as well! Top class stay

Excellent Stay Near West Lake I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of the best hotels near West Lake, Hangzhou, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional – especially thanks to Joyce at the front desk. Joyce was incredibly supportive, cooperative, and professional. She went out of her way to ensure I got the best room available, and her warm, welcoming attitude made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Throughout my stay, she was always available to help with any questions or needs I had, making the entire experience feel personalized and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful – clean, modern, and just a short walk from the scenic West Lake. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer stunning views. The amenities are top-notch, and everything is managed with great attention to detail. This hotel is definitely worth every penny, not just for its prime location, but for the exceptional service, especially from staff like Joyce. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hangzhou – you won’t regret it!

This hotel boasts a prime location, surrounded by various commercial complexes, making it a popular spot for tourists, and it's approximately 500 meters from West Lake. It's a family-friendly hotel, complete with a children's play area on the first floor. The facilities generally meet a 3-4 star standard; it would easily qualify as a 4-star hotel if it only had a swimming pool. We were incredibly lucky! We managed to book the very last room during the peak summer vacation when the hotel was completely sold out. As the basic rooms were unavailable, they generously upgraded us multiple categories to a family suite – much appreciated! **Facilities:** 1. The gym is rather compact, but the essential equipment is sufficient. It's a pity there's no swimming pool. 2. The rooftop provides pleasant views of West Lake and the surrounding mountains, but do note it gets locked after a certain time. 3. No mini-fridge in the room. 4. Features an automatic toilet seat, but unfortunately, there was an occasional odor from the bathroom drain. Hopefully, this can be addressed. 5. Light sleepers might find earplugs beneficial. **Hygiene:** Clean. **Environment:** While a bit dated, the room itself maintains a good overall condition and gives a 4-5 star impression. **Service:** The staff are friendly, but they appeared quite stretched and overwhelmed given how busy the hotel was.

Very good location. From airport stop at Ding'an Road and walk around 500 metres to Yongjin Plaza. Take lift to 5th floor. All bed brand new and comfortable. Laundry available to use for free. Washer, dryer, detergent and steam iron provided for free. Gym also available. Nearby to West Lake. Walking distance to halal restaurant and Hubin Yintai and Fountain Music. Fountain music start at 7:30pm. Get there early to secure your position in front of Grand Hyatt Hotel. Recommended to traveller.

Perfect location to stay. Even in 38 degree you can explore many coffees and local food just after stepping out of hotel.They even have a bar on terrace.Special thanks to the staff as they supported a lot for cooking baby food for my 1y kid and also for late Checkout. Perfect location subway is just 5min walk and also you can take didi from 2 min walk. Street in front of hotel is very relaxing. Will come again .

Even though it's an older hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained. What really stands out is how clean and quiet it is, ensuring I got a fantastic night's sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and always offered a warm greeting. A special mention goes to the hotel's laundry room; the detergent dispenser was spotless! This level of cleanliness really highlighted the hotel's quality compared to others. They contacted me before check-in to confirm my arrival time and thoughtfully had the AC running in my room already. Such a considerate gesture! Service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was wonderfully generous. The location is fantastic – a mere 5-minute walk to the night market, and even closer to West Lake's iconic Broken Bridge. Getting to Hangzhou East Railway Station is incredibly convenient too, with a subway station right at the hotel entrance – just 5 stops, approximately 21 minutes. This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying hotel of my trip. In fact, it was so comfortable that I decided to extend my stay in Hangzhou by an extra day just to enjoy it a bit longer!

For our summer family vacation, the family room was fantastic; though not huge, it was very comfortable for our two-night stay. It's conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute walk from the scenic area, and much quieter than hotels situated right inside the tourist spot. There's a Luckin Coffee right downstairs and various dining options across the street. A thoughtful touch was the hotel providing an extra breakfast voucher for our second child, as we were traveling with two. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our child even found a small speaker in the room, just like the one at home, which brought a comforting sense of familiarity. The only minor downside was the wait for the laundry room, which took a bit of time. Despite that, our overall experience was still very positive.

Good location at the center of the town. Near to West Lake scenic area by 10mins bike. Price through Trip.com discount is worth it. Appreciate more hooks to hang clothes important towel in the toilet. I prefer brighter room with more lights.

It's made of 2 seperate building. Location is very near west lake and the famed pastry shop zhiweiguan. Less than 10 mins walk from the metro line 1 ,longxiaoqiao station exit C1. Transportation option for bus is also feasible with nearby bus stop. RMB 2 per trip. Inner and outer west lake loop is a good option if you don't wish to walk whole day. Walking distance to wulin night market. Room is spacious with daybed on side and heater on standby. Lucky room did not have any cigarettes smell. Bed room slippers is thick and comfy too.

Best stay in China. Hotel is opposite to in77 and I kid you not. The small mall entrance is right kitty corner from the hotel's. You can always find great food and drinks there. The mall's several building are connected by underground. I recommend 新发现杭州味道 on 3 floor of building E.. Fish in scallion oil is very fresh and cheap. Xihu a few minute walk. Again you can use In77's underground path and go to building E. The Xihu's famous Jixion pavillion is right in front of Huawei shop. Hotel is very close to longxiangxiao exit D but I feel like Hangzhou is much easier by Didi. Lastly hotel offers free popcorn and drinks. Washing machines are slo provided on the corner room. I couldn't ask for more. Staffs are very helpful. Amenities are well-thought. This hotel is 10/10 for me. I will stay here again if I ever visit Hangzhou.
