Hotels in West Lake Scenic Area, Hangzhou

We had a lovely stay here, especially 瑞瑞 is very kind and helpful. We checked in before 12 oclock which is convenient for us. Pillow is also comfortable. Hotel location is perfect, close to Xi Hu, Qing He Fang, in77 mall, and metro station. Robot is available in the hotel to help guests.

We spend a brilliant weekend in Hangzhou at the Zhejiang Hotel. Excellent location to metro line 1 as well as Wulin night market, and great room service. West lake was beautiful in the evening sun, despite the traffic control areas. Also the old hotel heating system gave us some discomfort as this very hot weekend left our room at 28c with only a weak fan. The National Tea Museum is a must-see, relaxing and well curated. Overall, very satisfied.

Best hotel i stayed in Hangzhou, the service was excellent and all of the staff were super nice and friendly. Help a lot with information and very great attitude from the manager as well. Will definitely come back here again.

Location is very good although I didn't managed to travel with the nearby MRT. Lots of eateries, shopping mall and convenient stores nearby. Even the famous souvenir shop Zhi Wei Guan main branch just within walking distance. The initial room assigned to us was clean but with a very strong moldy smell even i opened up the windows after few hours. Receptionist is kind enough to upgrade a room on the same floor to me when i returned from sightseeing. Breakfast selections is ok with choices of local and international cuisines.

One of the best hotels in Hangzhou we have stayed! Previously we stayed somewhere else and had a bad impression of that hotel but we managed to book this hotel in the last minute! Even though we have selected the normal queen room, upon check in they upgraded the room for us into a queen room with sofa bed instead! There is also a Dyson set for the ladies which was very handy! Overall our stay in Hangzhou for the last few days we had were very pleasant because of this hotel!! Will recommend it to my friends and families☺️

Super convenience location! Just next to subway station, walking distance to Wulin Night Market and Xi Lake. They provided fruit basket as per photo shown and the breakfast bar even provide ingredients for tea, which is quite thoughtful. Appreciated front desk 小范who helps us lots, thanks and sure will recommend to friends.

Good location, just opposite the shopping mall, surrounded with good food too, and walking distance to West Lake. Good service, staff very helpful and responded very fast. The room is very clean and suitable for families with children.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk to the pier to take the canal boat and walk to museums nearby. We also walked to the west lake, about 1.4 km. The breakfast is good (Chinese style). We went during Chinese holidays and the hotel was full, people took all the pudding as soon as it arrived, but the hotel kept refilling. The room was very comfortable, big, with a bed and a nice view of the city (13 floor). The cleaning lady was very patient and cleaned our room past mid-day. The receptionist kiki helped us in English using WeChat translation, and gave us a lot of information on the walking tours to the west lake, pagoda and canal.

The hotel location is just perfect, just a few steps from the MRT and Hangzhou Train Station. The MRT Line 1 is so convenient and links directly to Hangzhou East Train Station, which is also another major station. We just took the MRT everywhere and just 2 stops from Xiwu Lake. The rooms are very clean and just about right for the family. We booked a double room but the beds are relatively wider so my 2 daughters can share one. Around the hotel are many shops, and if you walk a bit further, there are many more local businesses. Walked around the area on a Sunday morning and you can feel the local vibes already. Overall we are all very happy with the stay, and lastly but not least, the young good looking hotel attendant was very helpful and he always has a cheerful smile. We highly recommend anyone who are coming to Hangzhou for the first time to stay here.
