Hotels in West Lake, Lingyin Temple Scenic Area, Hangzhou

The hotel staff are polite and lovely. They were so helpful during my stay. The hotel is about 5mins walk from the metro station. And it is bear to many eateries and shops. Recommended for any travelers who want o have a good stay

Great customer service attitude from the front desk and house keeping staff. Special mention to Miss 袁巧花 of the house keeping team for being proactive in assisting our needs. That is why I took a picture of her name tag so I can mention her here in this review Location: Great 👍! Walking distance to shopping malls, pedestrian shopping streets, and the west lake. 7/11, restaurants beside the hotel. Buffet breakfast included, well worth it at 59yuan because of the numerous selections. Also had buffet seafood dinner that has unlimited famous hairy crab, a wide selection of food at 150 yuan only, shockingly cheap. Enjoyed taking videos of the robot delivering our food ordered from outside the hotel also picture attached

Room was spacious for our family for 4 and bed was very comfortable. There is even a partial view of West Lake from our room. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast buffet choices are good and food is delicious. As the hotel is located within shopping district/pedestrian streetwalk, you will need to walk about 5 min to the pick-up area to board a taxi.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel. The mattress is firm, water pressure is strong, bath tub is deep enough and fill up fast. Receptionist are always friendly when we approach them. Being without a local phone number, we were not able to connect to the room wifi, the hotel staff was quick to respond and assist. Walkable to prime shopping district and West Lake with abundance eateries and cafe within 5mins walk.

Couldn't have wished for a better stay! ❤️ Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast buffet in a revolving restaurant on the 20th floor. Last but not least, the Friendship Hotel is located in the direct vicinity of both the West Lake and the metro line to both railway stations. Tip: book a room with lake view! There isn't word to describe the fabulous stay in qiyupai! More than excellent in all aspects. First, the east meets west interior design is outstanding, love the zen tatami spacious room with a bathtub concept. Cosy living room area with a chinese tea set relaxing couch potato 🥔 experience. Right outside the room entrance is a unique bamboo garden. The service is top notch, too. Conceige offered help to do laundry overnight at free of charge. Really, you will regret not to stay at this premise. Centralized location with night market selling local delicacy and handicraft :]

Very good hotel that provides good service and amenities like face mask, wet tissue, sweet potatoes pop corns soft drinks and drinking water, very good location with lots of food, metro and bus stop nearby. A very busy central area with big shopping malls. Clean and helpful staff👍👍👍will come to this hotel if I m in Hangzhou again highly recommended 😄😄😄

Originally we was assigned to a room.with manjong table and smoking smell, but the front desk was good accomodate our request to change room, at the same night they are another customwr asking to change room which also due to smoking smell. The cleanliness for this hotel was not up to expectation and it dint seem like a hotel opened in 2019 because can see the aged of buildimg and stain on wall. Overall i will rate a 3/5 for my stay and will not be my choice when im coming back to hangzhou

Very good location next to Wulin street and YAAN road 10 mins walk away. Big rooms with 1 king bed and a bunk bed that can easily allows 5 pax to sleep. Loves the detail that this hotel room provided and the rest area outside the room is awesome. The best of their laundry and dryer (FOC to use) that in my opinion is high tech machine and sufficient to use. Awesome breakfast and great ambience. Will definitely book the same hotel whenever back in Hangzhou ! Well done !

Had a great stay at the hotel. Room is cosy yet spacious enough to put a couple of big luggages. Room is clean and comfortable. Room have universal charging plug so you don’t need a china plug converter. The basin is separated from the toilet/bath area so 2 person can wash up at the same time. It is only 5 mins walk to the main attraction in hangzhou, the west lake. The soundproofing might be needing a little work but overall it is a great stay. I would highly recommend it.
