Excellent location in the heart of entertainment and walkable distance to the Messe. My second time to stay in this hotel and will definitely be back again

Great location, roll out of the hotel and onto the Reeperbahn.

The hotel is very quiet and has bicycles for rent, but slippers are not provided

Cleanliness was given, breakfast was great. Parking for €9 per day too. What I didn't like was the carpet in the room, which had stains and, as an allergy sufferer, my nose was closed all night. Bed was comfortable, only the topper slipped back and forth. Recommended the (separate) beds, a ***** in the middle, as they were wider. Good thing too, you can only access the upper floors of the rooms with a chip card. The price was still steep (€360 for 2 people and 2 nights).

Not all sockets work. There is no remote control for the TV. The WiFi is not working properly. It keeps breaking off and is difficult to get back into.

Positive: Centrally located in St. Pauli and everything is within walking distance. Family room consists of two separate bedrooms. Breakfast was good. Negative: Shower fittings were broken. (One of the capsules was missing) Toilet/bathroom looks like a cubicle and when leaving the room you have to be careful not to fall as the floor is not on the same level as the bedroom. On the whole OK but not good enough for a two star hotel.
