Great location! 3 minutes to the beach. Unfortunately, we were there during the rainy season. The advantage: the hotel wasn't fully booked and it was quiet. The disadvantage: it rained for a few hours every day.

The most important thing is the minimum distance from the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is wonderful, cleaning is daily. Breakfasts are monotonous, but quite tasty. Definitely worth the money, the desire to return again has not disappeared)

Hello! The hotel was chosen based on its walking distance to the center, Bangla and all the entertainment of Patong. Of course, the hotel is one of the best in terms of location and price/quality ratio! The location is wonderful - in its own quiet, cozy and green courtyard with gorgeous green trees that provide shade in the heat and please the eye when relaxing on the balcony. The comfort room is very spacious, with all the functionality necessary for relaxation. The furniture is solid, wooden, but a little tired, which, however, did not affect the rest in any way! The main thing in the hotel is its staff! Cleaning every day - the highest quality and cleanliness. At the reception, they will rent you a brand new excellent bike at an attractive price of 250 baht / day. A separate cafe will delight you in the morning with a delicious breakfast from the menu - they cook especially for you, everything is fresh, tasty, high quality. The only minus for which you can take off a star is that they do not give a second breakfast if 1 person is staying in the room. Although - the room was paid for two travelers with breakfast! No matter how hard I tried to prove it to them - no and that's it! In general - the hotel is excellent, green, quiet and pleasant. There is no pool, but it is not needed - after breakfast I went on a bike to different beaches of the island and returned in the evening.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the beach and the main entertainment street. Hearty breakfast, cleaning every day, change of beach towels daily for free. Replenishment of drinking water. Excellent attitude of the staff. Cozy room with fan air conditioning in TV 2 Russian channels. Good price.

Not recommended. You can find better ones at this price. I felt like I had stepped into a trap at the first stop. The service is basically satisfactory, but the price does not match the room. It feels like the standard of the 160 yuan price range!

It's rare to find a hotel without a swimming pool at this price in Thailand! Upgrading to a deluxe room for 270 a day is not cost-effective and is not recommended. This time in Phuket, Lanta, and Krabi, this is the most expensive and worst place to stay!

The location is almost perfect - 5 minutes to the beach, about 8 to Bangla, 15 to Jungceylon. The hotel is in a shady courtyard, a little away from the busy road, it is always quiet. You can hear the noise from the next room, but it is not critical. The cleaning is good. Towels are changed every day, the floors are washed conscientiously, there is no dust under the beds. The courtyard is swept, it seems, 5 times a day. The room has air conditioning, but it is located rather inconveniently, it blows directly on the bed. The shower is so-so, the drain does not work well. The mattresses are moderately hard. Every day they put two bottles of water in the refrigerator, add coffee and tea. The breakfast is monotonous, but overall not bad. You can choose bacon, ham or sausages, three types of eggs, salad or soup, juices, coffee, tea, fruit. Beach towels are given out every day at the reception. Some were a bit tired, but there were no obvious holes. Overall, a great hotel with a great location.

Excellent location on the central road of Patong. 5 min to the beach. Center, but very quiet. 5 minutes walk to Bangla Road. Minimum breakfast included.

It is difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. This is disappointing as there is a large-scale construction site right next to the hotel. I wasn't able to check the facilities such as a swimming pool, but if you are hanging out on Bangla Road, it would be a reasonably priced accommodation.

In addition to good location, others are very poor. Especially the water, which is actually yellow, like beer. I booked for four days, stayed for two days and ran away, and the money cannot be refunded.
