The Apartman is not clean , Poor customer service , Rude staff , No smart key ,I booked it by Trip.com, the room one day in advance and by the time in trip.com ( late check out 2:00Pm and Early Check in 10:00Am ), when check in , they didn't tell me error app, but on the day of check out they came and said check out at 12:30 Pm ,I am not ready yet . but your staff should be told me first when am check in , not the day check out at 12:10mn that she told me,the reason is trip.com app error show worng time , what i don't understand.?

Front Desk staff helpfull. Daily and timely rooms cleaned. Location little far from city center,but OK. Overall satisfactory stay.

It could be better. Bedrooms were nice. Beds are good . Its soacious. You have a good view from the city. One Bathroom had some Ants tho.

There is a kitchen, and there is a swimming pool and luggage on the tower. not bad for the price

There was no water, no towels, no toothbrushes, and no electricity when I entered the room. It might be because I went there in the middle of the night. The overall layout was okay. I didn't find any slippers, and the waiter was very slow to come up. Is there a phone call?

Pros: bath, kitchen area, quiet location, large refrigerator Cons: — booked the hotel by accident (first time in my life I made a mistake in more than 50 bookings), no free cancellation, neither I nor the trip.com employee could contact the reception for two days. No answer anywhere, the phone number listed on this site does not work — old renovation and purely Khmer design — had to ask twice to provide sets of towels and all sets for two people

It's an old hotel, but it's spacious and good for a night's sleep.

Like ** The room is huge, there is no free water, it would be a bit scary to be alone Europeans and Americans should like it, but Chinese people may think it is more like a castle

The hotel is a single-family villa with a separate wall. The room is over 70 square meters, which is very large, but the facilities are quite old and the toilet can't flush, so the room is useless.

Very spacious apartment, very reasonable price
