The Anam Cam Ranh confirms to be one of my favourite resorts, not only in Vietnam. Wonderful setting, with beautiful and well kept gardens. The villas are spacious, with a simple yet elegant style and well maintained. Food & Beverage selection is wide and of great quality. Great breakfast at the Colonial House and wonderful Vietnamese dining at Lang Viet restaurant. Staff was professional and friendly at all times, happy to help and assist. Hope to be back soon!

It was a very satisfying resort. It was pretty, comfortable, and fun. And I was worried because we couldn't communicate Manager Min kindly taught me It was a much more enjoyable trip

The Anam Cam Ranh is a right place for a perfect retreat. You really don't have to go around (but you have to use their shuttle bus to explore Nha Trang) you can just enjoy this beautiful resort with 3 pools and perfect access to Bai Dai beach. All restaurants have great food, coffee and service, the room service is perfect too, and spa is outstanding... There are many hotels along the Long Beach, but The Anam is out of this world. You made our holidays pefect, thank you 💝

Staffs at colonial and kids club were great but at front was awful. The credit card I booked with wasn’t with me when checking in so I had to make payment the other credit card. Now trip.com charges me $1800 to the credit card used I booked and The anam charges me same amount to the credit card used when I checked in.

The resort was beautiful and the staffs were very friendly.

This is the best experience I have had in Nga Trang. Beautiful place, nicely decorated rooms and great service, all of the staff speak very well English and the view is unbeatable. The food in both Beach Club and Lang Viet are the best meals I have had in this trip! I booked two rooms and both are very nice! My family love to stay again!

Positive clean beach and lovely property. Negative dirty and worn room and very rude front desk. 6th stay not worth 300usd a night

Hope the manager will see this comments below and improve the service of some staff. Globally speaking, the hotel has a fantastic view and very good taste of design. Every where you go, you will be amazed by the view. The breakfast is not rich, but it is very exquisite. The plate is exquisite, and the taste is good, which makes us very satisfied. What surprises me most is the service attitude of the employees here. I must say that most of the employees are friendly, and all the cleaning staff you meet on the road will take the initiative to say hello to you. However, the staff at the reception and the restaurant always have poker faces. They gathered at the reception desk to chat and turned a blind eye to the passing guests. An employee named Becky met us on the road and quickly turned around and pretended not to know us. The staff of the restaurant are very busy. You don't need to expect time to read the bill in the dim light, however you will be urged to sign quickly and leave. Also when you check out, it is difficult for you to expect Becky to ask how you feel. She just wants you to sign the bill quickly and leave. She always gives me a condescending attitude. I don't understand where her arrogance comes from. Generally speaking, the beautiful scenery, architectural design and food here are worth the price, but the supporting services can't keep up. Especially considering that there is no airport shuttle bus, and there is only one shuttle bus to the city every day, I think there can be other more cost-effective, especially service options.

Nice view but unluckily the weather was not good during on my holiday. Nice services with passion. Strongly recommend.

Nice hotel, just a 15min taxi ride from airport. But is a bit far to town (25min by taxi). Breakfast is the best.

The best resort in Cam Ramh! Best environment, good vibe!

The hotel is high-end and best in class. The only problem is the menu and price of dishes in all three restaurants. Totally overpriced and you need to wait very long for your order . Also the list of possible dishes is very limited and not high quality
