Our stay was comfy with a bit of not so. We were not told the schedule for house keeping. And the room wifi, as they say was good for 5 devices but only my phone was able to connect.

Had a nice and comfortable stay at Hop Inn Hotel Manila. The room was clean, the staff were polite, and the location was convenient. However, the bed foam kept shifting out of the bed frame, which was a bit inconvenient. I also wish they provided complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste, or at least had them available for purchase at the front desk. Overall, still a great value for the price and would consider staying again.

From guard to the male receptionist- friendly, helpful and approachable. Thank you so much Room was clean, wide and in very tidy. Price is perfect

well 2nd stay of the same hotel but not of the same branch Great stay! the staff are approachable and polite the room is very clean and comfortable there is seven eleven downstairs in case you need some stuff, there are food hub nearby just late at night there is a loud videoke in front.Also on my first night there is a guest who bang his door at dawn. But all in all my stay is great

Great stay..Very clean almost spotless room and surroundings. Excellent location to access nearby attractions including churches, shopping malls, redtos and many more.. Will definitely recommend! Membership is also possible.

Cute budget hotel. Very clean with excellent customer service. I liked its location in Ermita close to the shops, beach, historical center, restaurants, etc. It has an ATM in the lobby and hot-cold water dispensers on each floor. The amenities were quite basic and the room felt a bit like a cave with no views. Other than that I would recommend it.

Standard room but with a stunning view. Had a pleasant one day stay. 7 eleven and the coffee shop beside the hotel lobby is a plus.

No frills stay. Good location, has restaurants close by and a 711 on the hotel itself. Not too far away from the airport.

Location is accessible to public transport, malls and other attractions in Manila. Staff are courteous and friendly. The room is spacious, air conditioner is working well and the room is clean. Will definitely stay again.

Room cleaning should be done anytime of the day, From morning until  5pm for the guest availability. They don't even change bed sheets and pillow case even the bathroom rag they don't even provide clean towels.

It’s a nice and clean hotel, staff are very cordial, unfortunately one thing we notice is the floor of the comfort room it s not slope going to the drainage to which the water will fall/slide directly, that makes the water fronting lavatory in stack. But overall, i give the hotel 8 star.
