Great l9cation great host room spot on will go again

It is a simple hotel affordable with basic amenities, good enough to spend a night here. No lift so not recommended for those with knee problems or with prams and lots of luggage.

No comments! Really nothing to tell about it, strangest experience ever.

RED FLAG FOR THIS HOTEL ❌❌❌🚫🚫 CHEATING HOTEL❌❌ I booked a room here, when I reached, the main door is lock, There was a note with a phone number there ask me to go to another branch near by. When I reached the 2nd branch, they asked me to go to another hotel. it's terrible, under renovation (as u can see from the photo). There was receptionist told me to call the 1st branch. After giving them feedback and trying to cancel the booking. They asked me to go back the 1st branch, they would ask someone to open the door for me. I stayed with my decision and they said "ok, I will give u the refund but only 1/2 the price,I am working with trip.com now." And... it's one month since then now. I still haven't received anything. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM 💢 and to trip.com, I dont know how to reach out to you when I got this issue.

Good location, some staff very welcoming, others much less so!!!! No elevator. Room ok but leaves a little to be desired, a cockroach in the bathroom.

A small hotel without an elevator. Two rooms per floor. Quiet, calm. Very friendly and attentive staff. I can recommend it for short stays.

Next to the city bus station where many city bus lines leave, and where buses leave and arrive for Cambodia and major Vietnamese cities. It is very convenient as a location. We arrived from Phnom Penh and barely 5 minutes walk, we arrived at the hotel. There are 3 hotels of the same name. You can contact any one. Express check-in with a copy of our passports. There is no elevator but we were helped to carry our trolley to the 4th floor. The room is spacious with 2 large beds. There is 1 wardrobe and storage spaces. It is good for us. The shower room is very good with well-regulated hot water. We are quiet right next to the very noisy main street. Wifi in the stable room. In conclusion, we recommend this hotel. To avoid a detour, there is a small pedestrian crossing ....

It feels a bit old and there are ants. But the location is perfect. It is easy to access the downtown area, so it is recommended for men traveling together rather than couples.

The door lock was broken. Fortunately, I had all my valuables with me. I didn't find it for the first two days. I didn't find it until I checked out on the third day. But the location is still good. I would stay in the same room even if I didn't.

The service is too bad, the hotel is dirty with no staff, no elevator, no drinking water, arrived at 8pm but still haven't cleaned the waiting room for another 1 hour. Not worth the room price
