"The room has a spacious living room and open kitchen. I also impressed with the balcony and catchy view from the 15th floor. The apartment is only 10-15 minutes of driving to the airport, and also near Lach Tray street where we can find many restaurant and street foods. Besides, the apartment surrounding also has coffee shop like Starbucks, restaurants and convenient store that you can reach by walking a few minutes."

"The location is good in the center of Haiphong and the hotel breakfast is very good. Located in Korean town, you can use many Korean supermarkets and restaurants. However, it is difficult to get around with a young family because it is complicated and has a large floating population. Instead, it is good to take a moderate walk as the hotel and village are attached. In addition, the sports facilities are also indoor golf course, swimming pool, gym, tennis court, and convenient to use."

"Great stay for the price.
Positives:
- Clean Hotel
- A great breakfast that they prepare fresh for you so it’s better than your typical hotel breakfast buffet and its large and filling. That alone makes it worth it for me.
- The open air bath was great, very Japanese style.
- Staff were friendly.
Negatives
- Pipes make some noise. You can hear other guests shower when water is going through the pipes.
Overall, one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at including places I been to in Japan itself. And there’s a Japanese restaurant right next door that served very good food."

"The environment is relatively clean. The location is not very easy to find. It is very convenient to eat around. There is also a small supermarket selling fruit. There is also a vegetable market. The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide hair dryers and incomplete daily necessities."

We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point.
The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed.
Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

JJackie GerbeI had a lovely stay in this hotel. Upon arrival, the manager upgraded my room to give me a Mountain View with balcony, which was appreciated! He offered to set up tours and a motorbike for me. He also set up my transfer to Ninh Binh. The breakfast was small, but very good! The location is in the main part of town, but you have to walk through a small alleyway to get to this street. I felt safe as a solo female traveler, although it was quite dark. The location was nice and quiet for sleeping and the air con worked phenomenally.

I read reviews here from some “writers” - do you want a five-star hotel for $10 (including breakfast)?! Come down from heaven to earth.
To summarize: I liked it here, but you can turn a blind eye to minor shortcomings, such as a shabby faucet, given the price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions.
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me.
Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

TTraveling AroundI enjoyed my stay at this hotel for one night and found it to be well-located, right next to Van Cao Street, which is bustling with bars and restaurants. The proximity to AEON Mall, other attractions in Hai Phong, and the airport is a major plus. Renting a bike from the hotel was convenient for exploring the city. While the rooms are small, they are comfortable and feature a small kitchen, which is great for cooking or reheating takeaways. The bed was cozy, but the bathroom needed improvement due to some mold and hair. Additionally, the noisy elevator disturbed my sleep. Despite these issues, I would stay here again on my next visit to Hai Phong.

MMerkenThis hotel is incredibly beautiful and well located. The beach, pool and views to the islands are stunning. The room was ok, big size. Breakfast was delicious, with lot of western options and Vietnamite options aswell to try the local food. The only problem for us is that we went on low season so most of the facilities were closed , only one restaurant was open so we didn't have to much options to choose, we didn't like that because we booked the hotel considering the variety of things that the hotel offer and they didn't told us that in advance. Other thing, is that the staff was so friendly and willing to help, but most of the people didn't speak English so was a little bit complicated to ask for things. But in summary, hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.
