Kyoto Hotels with Gym

I booked Junior Suite for 4 nights. Upon arriving the hotel, hotel staff was already waiting at the lobby. She led us to the Club at the 3rd floor to check in and arranged our luggage to deliver to our room. We had a few drinks and some Tapas at the Club before approaching to the room. The Club offers free flow of champagne, wine and drinks as well as snacks all day, it’s really a nice place to chill out before or after formal meal. Breakfast buffet at the 2/F was nice. A large variety of choices were available. I tried the massage service at the 2/F. It was nice too. Hotel staff got great hospitality. On check out date, they delivered our luggage to Kyoto Station for us to pick up there after our morning tour in Kyoto. Very thoughtful arrangement.

Hotel location very good, have many nice cafe restaurant nearby. Walking distance to many sceneries Some staff is friendly at the front desk Room size too small to walk around Ask for additional blanket for few times but the reply is not available. Went to Front Desk the next day, told duty staff that I would like to see the duty manager, staff asked what is it regarding, told them that I need a additional blanket, staff replied that they will try their best. And continue busy with their work. Have 2 cabinet but can only hang 2 pcs of jacket each. Breakfast buffet dishes should have 40% change daily for 3 cycles Limited bakeries, cheeses and hot dishes

There is no blocking the light through the bathroom into the bedroom. The attached photos were taken at approximately 6am, which is not when we wanted to wake up on our holiday. Otherwise, hotel is good and great public spa on the 10th Floor. Free laundry room too! Just purchase your washing powder from the front reception. Location was amazing and convenient to both Kyoto Station and buses.

If I had to point out a slightly unsatisfactory aspect, it would be the inefficiency of the front desk service. When I asked for a recommendation for the nearest laundry service, they didn’t provide any suggestions at all and were quite perfunctory. Due to being in a hurry, I asked the front desk to call a taxi to the bus station for me. Instead of taking action, they kept saying that the roads were closed today and that taxis might be delayed, along with a lot of unhelpful comments. This wasted a few minutes. It would have been much better if they had simply gone downstairs to call a taxi and helped solve the problem. Overall, I felt their service lacked enthusiasm, which was something I was very dissatisfied with. As for location wise, this hotel’s location is UNBEATABLE. I would stay again for the location and nothing else

Big thank you to Sayako - perfect check in customer service - friendly and warm. Also thank you to the hotel and team for making it a memorable trip for myself and my parents. They remembered it was my mum’s birthday and prepared swan towels and during lunch prepared a happy birthday message on the dessert (do not have photo on this phone). Really appreciate the thoughtfulness. And thank you for upgrading my room to better view. Good: - Service was exceptional for my stay. - Location as others have mentioned is one of the best hotels in Kyoto - near the station you get off from Osaka - outside cherry blossom canal - near shopping - brought my suit for friends wedding day before just 5 mins away - Room size is good and clean - chair was stained but they replaced it when I mentioned it. - Espresso machine - under appreciated by other hotels but big hit with my dad - very nice touch - TV had screen casting from phone Nothing bad to really say just below points for travellers. - Paid over 10k HKD for 3 nights - to be expected at cherry blossom peak season - Have to ensure you are above 6F for a good view - Foot steps above for my particular room (end room 3 beds) was noticeably bad - hotel really needs to fix this - The shower bath door need to install feature to turn it opaque - 3 beds is usually family and showering is awkward with glass window - No spa or pool. The amenities in the hotel are lacking.

Great location, friendly stuff and clean rooms. That will be it. Cleaning service is available only for people staying 4 nights and longer (in general it’s okay, but comparing to the other hotels may be a bit disappointing). Breakfast is truly upsetting, it’s worth it’s price, dirty counters, sticky trays, poor choice (usually hotels of such kind offer a choice of ordinary food for those who are not ready to eat local dishes, but there were no eggs or something basic of this kind. That’s why we skipped out paid breakfasts several times) Truly crowded location, long waiting time for the elevator, no opportunity to use laundry because there only two washing machines)

The hotel ”has no personality”, but overall it is not bad. The reception staff are indifferent to you as a hotel guest - they work slowly and ineptly. We showed up at the hotel at 12 noon, and were denied early check-in. The second time we approached the reception desk in the evening, and had to wait half an hour until they gave us the keys: the hotel employee simply did not know how to use the computer and constantly asked her colleagues for help. The room itself turned out to be good - quite large, with a comfortable large bed, with new electrical appliances and plumbing. We were pleased with the widescreen TV. Breakfast - with a small selection of food, but well organized (in other Japanese hotels where we stayed, breakfasts were organized disgustingly). The location is acceptable, not far from the metro station.

Selected Room: Harmony Suite A very clean and spacious room with a distinctive layout that boasts ample living space for a couple or family with small children. The big bathtub and plenty of natural light coming from the large windows were the major highlights of the room. Location: Prime location. Situated right next to Kyoto Station, it is a 1-minute walk from the hotel to the station. Staff: All staff members were very hospitable and gave you the best support they could when attending to requests. Gajamer was amazing! He helped us check-in and was very professional and polite in any possible way. Meals: We did not select any meal plans for this stay. Overall experience: A very pleasant stay, with all expectations met as shown in the photos and descriptions. Strongly recommended.

I stayed on the 3rd day of the new opening. There is no denying the lack of preparation In particular, newcomer training, excective floor personnel. About Invoices, credit cards There is likely to be a need for re-education regarding the handling of the details. The accommodation manager also reflected on this point

That was surprising experience staying in that hotel. Didn’t expect that level of service and attention to details. Located near metro station, just around 5 mins. Lots of conbini’s nearby. Strait way to Nishiki market and Daimaru. We had a room with a laundry machine which is always nice. Rooms are spacious and everything you may need is inside. Based on our previous stays, we’d probably stay in that same hotel next time as I doubt you can easily get a better value for money ratio
