"Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!"

"Location, venue, staff, everything was perfect. Interests were great. The fact that they accept pets was the reason for my first choice. We went very comfortably with our dog and made our holiday. It was a hotel experience that I will always remember for us."

"It was soooooooo great. The view was beautiful, people were kind and the room was cool. They gave me an upgraded balcony room, recommending me to enjoy the view, and it was so true. Breakfast was included. It was a bit simple, but enough for me. I ate a lot of watermelon... 가성비 최고! 미니 버스나 택시 타고 어디든 가기 좋고 바다 접근성도 좋아요. 옆에 있는 비치 클럽에 간 것도 좋았습니다."

"The facilities and food are excellent.. The employees are very nice and helpful in every way. Their animations are fun. Being right by the sea and having three pools prevents the crowd at the pool There is a poolside bar at every pool which keeps you cool every minute The food and options are excellent, that was my favorite part, I could find every meal I wanted, they did justice to the open buffet. From now on, I would say it is my only hotel in Bodrum, we were very pleased with it, my wife and I thank you"

"We stayed for one night with my husband, we’re travelling by car so the location was ok, it was easy to get everywhere and the car park they have is pretty big too. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will probably come back again."
