"Buena ubicación, cerca del lugar de trabajo. Los apartamentos son muy nuevos, cómodos y bien equipados. La habitación es cómoda y el baño amplio. La única pena que le veo es la falta de wifi en las habitaciones."

"The hotel is located in front of the football stadium and with views of the river , in a quiet environment , near the centre and a walk . The room is comfortable with a large bed and everything is clean. The staff was very friendly and careful. In a Word Excellent 🙂"

"Hardware is all fine and staff are friendly, but the ability for them to understand English is harder than I thought. If you need to book a taxi to airport or something crucial in terms of timing, better double check. Also, they got a nice small kitchen with disherwasher and washing machine. They provide all detergents for both. However, they don't have basic salt, pepper and edible oil. Microwave is nice and quick to have."

"The location is very good opposite the British Palace, it is convenient to go to the old city, not far from the surrounding subway, you need to go to the airport to change to a point, about 20 minutes. The room was small but clean."

"The location is very good, I feel that this is a veteran five-star hotel with a strong Basque style design. The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Next to the park, walk to the Basque Museum for 5 minutes and Guggenheim for 10 minutes. I recommend."

"It is clean and friendly. The room condition is good for the price. (Hotels with the same price near Abando Station have smaller rooms for the same price) You can walk to major tourist attractions and public transportation is good, so it was convenient for sightseeing."

"I thought the sauna was included in our stay that’s why I booked the hotel. When I’ve mentioned it to the staff about not having an additional cost to it when you book online, they told me is part of the spa . This is very confusing as if it was part of the spa why mentioning it and not including it in the spa section . Spa and sauna are not the same and if it’s a cost to it , that should be mentioned. Anything else was amazing . Also they don’t have a separate cost to the sauna only ! I just wanted to use the gym and the sauna , no spa though! There was no possibility to book the sauna without the spa. It’s like 20 euros per acces not per day which I thought it’s a rip off especially when you are already booked with the hotel and you’ve paid for your room! Again staff showed no flexibility , it was either pay for something you won’t use or you don’t get it! Ended up not booking it because I did not want to use the spa , and I thought it was a lot of money (20 euros) to pay for 15 min use of sauna only."

"From the design point of view, this is a nice and beautiful hotel. A convenient mattress, pillow menu, fan, bathing facilities... but!! The coffee machine in my but ere didn't work, total noise insulation. It was a feeling I was sleeping on the street among the crowd of walking youth (and the hotel is directly in the casco viejo quarter). The top-dress hanger is located right over the teapot and coffee machine. That is, the teapot must be boiled so that the steam does not get on the cloak...? Extremely dangerous vat sticks. I came to the administrator at check-out and showed how one movement can break a accidentally drum-drum. And the price for the night is not small at all. I have no desire to recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay and acquaintance with Bilbao. Alas"
