Obviously a very popular hotel! Sprawls over several buildings and so is deceptively large, even when each section is modest in size. The breakfast bar and staff are impressive, though the coffee machines deliver a bitter brew! My room was very modest in size, but certainly good enough. I suspect the rooms look very different from building to building.
Although the room is a bit small, it is better than the sparrow. Although the breakfast is very good, the environment is very good. I will stay here next time.
Graz is a very unique city, not many tourists. The location of the hotel is a little far away from the inner city, it will take about 15 minutes to walk to the inner city. The room is very spacious, and the mineral water and chocolates are provided, which is very considerate. There is a small balcony where you can ventilate and dry your clothes, which is also quite comfortable. There are not many choices for breakfast. You have to place an order with the waiter for egg-like food, and you can order it right away. There are a lot of parking lots, but they are relatively narrow. Be careful. The parking fee is 12 euros per night.

GGuest UserFacilities: There is an underground parking lot but it is paid, 20 euros per day.
Hygiene: relatively clean
Environment: The sound insulation is not very good, you can hear the sound of other people's hair dryers and even passing by the door
Service: The service is very good, and the breakfast types are relatively rich
SSan SucciThe location of the hotel is very good, not far from Castle Hill and very close to the city hall. Check-in can only be done at 3pm. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage at the front desk and go to the old town. Breakfast is available, and the ”lazy Sunday” time is until 12 noon on Sunday. The hotel has a paid parking lot, which costs 20 euros per day. Taking a taxi from the hotel to the main train station costs about 13 euros.

CChun Chuen DennisThe hotel was located very close to the main railway station., just about 5 minutes walk away. The hotel looked very new and most facilities looked like new. Nevertheless the standard room assigned to me was quite small.
MMichelle0919Everything just so good. I love the room with a bath tub. We went to their restaurant for dinner too. Their cocktails taste so good and the food are nice too. We had a nice time with them =) other than that Graz is just an amazing city with many beautiful building.
GGuest UserVery good hotel, the front desk is very enthusiastic, the hotel is very close to the attractions, the citywalk is very comfortable, Graz is also a very beautiful town, very relaxed, enthusiastic citizens, relaxed and pleasant environment, very good
CChengThe hotel looks new. Designed in minimalist way, cutting down costs while serving the essentials. A hostel, effectively. Located over 15 minutes away by car from the city centre, the hotel offers free carpark to attract residents. Public transport is less reliable. Breakfast is cheap (€10.5), choice is understandably little. In short, it is quiet, clean and simple.
GGuest UserThe price of the hotel in Graz seems to be really not cheap, more expensive than many cities in Germany. This hotel has lived before. The location is OK, the surrounding business district has to walk a little. Hotel staff is more enthusiastic.
AAnonymous UserI stayed overnight. The room was very large, so I have a particularly impression that I could use it as Yu 々. The shower was a box type of glass door, and there was no problem with the hot water. Convenient location, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, and there is also a supermarket nearby. It is a little over 10 minutes walk on a flat road to the old town. There is also a tram running on the street in front of you. At check-in, the elderly staff explained carefully how to use the number lock key and also tourist information, so I was able to use it with peace of mind.
GGuest UserPortable fans available at the reception, a very sensible approach to guest comfort. Extra points.
But far many points off for the shabbiness of the guest rooms, the common areas. I can not tell dirt that won't shift from dirt that no one has tried to shift, and to stay in a place that seems dirty is as unhappy an experience as to stay in one that truly is dirty : Both make for a dreary evening and morning. And . . . every time I stay -- a visit every few weeks ! -- the place appears worse run-down. Depressing. How much does Domestos cost, after all ? Maybe fresh paint is out of the question, but . . . neaten up the picked-away edges of the signage ? To do so wouldn't break A&O.
