Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value

The hotel rooms are very spacious, very warm and very comfortable. The room is still a bit simple and rustic. The restaurant is also very distinctive, with many local specialties. The surrounding environment is very beautiful. What a good hotel.

Breakfast is worthy of praise 👍
The first picture of the hotel, the castle photo is deceptive. It is a castle on a mountaintop a few kilometers away from the hotel. It is almost invisible from the hotel.

Hotel is very beautifully located in the middle of Friedrichroda. The sauna landscape is a dream and very recommendable. Gives some rest after a stressful day.
Breakfast is top and absolutely booked.
Bar operation could be a little more on zack.

In fact everything was good. Great praise to the kitchen. Breakfast and dinner were super delicious. Unfortunately, I had to sit on a prescribed table (cat table) that was just next to the buffet and I was thus having to look at the backs (and other body parts) of the other guests from nearby. A change of place was not possible, although other tables were free.
The rooms were modernised but very bright. In addition, there was only a refrigerator in the double rooms, unfortunately.
