"This beautiful chalet in the heart of a green nature is very careful, clean, functional and perfectly fitted. The surrounding environment is quiet and peaceful. The view is beautiful. The owners are very welcome. A real small paradise!"

"Check-in was smooth. Although it was self-service check-in, there was no problem. The hotel was very warm and thoughtful in details. Coffee and snacks were provided on each floor. The breakfast was really a surprise. It was beautiful and delicious. There was only one waiter but he was very enthusiastic. He would greet you and was very kind."

"The choice is not a lake view room, you can't see the good scenery, but the breakfast scenery is still very good, you can see the mountains and lakes. . The room is small and the bed is small. . It is very hard to open the big suitcase."

Во-вторых, self check-in и check-out - это очень удобно. Но в случае если нужна помощь, на помощь придут очень отзывчивый сотрудники.

"We had an amazing stay at Verena’s. She welcomes you with open arms in her beautiful place which is newly renovated. Modern interior with some original elements kept. The bed is a 5 star experience with extremely comfortable mattress, pillows and duvet. Incredible view of the lake. You have house slippers and bath robes in every room. Verena went above and beyond to include a customized breakfast for everyone’s wants and allergies. I felt home with Verena and can’t wait to go back. Thank you Verena."

"The staff are very friendly. They were the most friendly people on their trip to Europe. During your stay, you always check if there are any inconveniences or helps. By the way, the problem with this hotel is the location and facilities. Most of the two days of stay are cloudy, so the name panorama is not worth it. (I don't know if it's only in autumn, but the clouds are huge and it doesn't work well. Please judge it yourself as you attach a photo ...) It's a place I chose because of the scenery, but I paid because of the clouds. More than half of the money is flying away. I'm very curious about the view of this hotel on a very nice day when the clouds are walking while writing this article. And the facilities are old, the space is narrow and stuffy. Most of the old hotels in Switzerland do, but of course there are no refrigerators or air conditioners. There is no tea pot, so you have to ask the reception to borrow it. Of course, they are kindly borrowed for free. No slippers, no robes. Just think of nothing in the room that we would have of course. It was very cold during my stay because there was no heater."
