The room service was good and Mr. Sparsh on behalf of reception team was cordial and coordinating. We really enjoyed our stay in our rooms with prompt laundry and room service. All the queries were also answered satisfactorily.

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time. Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; and The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back. Thankyou.

I booked the hotel for multiple events for my brother's wedding. The overall experience was amazing. We booked multiple rooms for stay. The hotel rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. Clean rooms with all facilities. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The service was on time and helped us in making the events successful. We organised Mehendi, Haldat and Haldi in the common hall (30-40 people can be accommodated). We also booked the Ground Hall to accomodate our 150+ guests for our pre-wedding party. I tried to book it for the Sagan and Wedding as well but it was already booked for the days. The food was amazing. Every dish starting from starters to desserts were delicious. If I have to compare the food from this hotel with any of the hotels like ITC, Taj and Leela, I would definitely rate it above all of them. I am extremely happy with the food quality, hygiene, maintenance, cleanliness, comfortability and ambience.

It was Nice stay. employee are corporative and helpfull. Everything is good👍 l really appreciate hospitality of everyone but mainly thanks to Kirtika, Sukhman and Deepak GSE. He is very polite to everyone. I will also tell to my friends to come here. All things arranged on time.

My disheartening experience at this establishment, which purported to offer a luxurious and hospitable ambiance. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of these expectations. The most egregious flaw was the deplorable conduct of the staff, who exhibited an appalling lack of courtesy, particularly towards individuals deemed aesthetically unconventional. The discrimination based on appearance and attire was nothing short of abhorrent and tarnished the supposed prestige of this establishment. Furthermore, the malfunctioning intercom system further exacerbated the already deteriorating situation, rendering communication with the staff an arduous task. Regrettably, when I sought to voice my grievances and concerns, my complaints fell on deaf ears. The utter lack of response and action on the part of the management only served to compound my dissatisfaction. My visit to this hotel was marred by a litany of issues, including abhorrent staff behavior, a malfunctioning intercom system, an alarming indifference to customer feedback. I would advise prospective guests to exercise caution before considering a stay at this establishment. This is not a place to stay if you are a professional, and love your self esteem, and have to stays for a longer duration in a hotel accommodation.
