"This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of old town~ whether you’re walking to cafes and bars or shopping Centre or sightseeing or the shopping mall~ it’s all nearby.
For breakfast, there’s a little restaurant tat serves great quality food. Called Stodko Stone.
You’d sometimes hear drunken tourist making a noise so I’d suggest you request a room away from the Main Street.
Remember to request all passwords to be sent to you asap in case when booking these apartment stays."

"The hotel is beautifully located. Right by the river, so everything is close. The rooms are beautiful. The service is very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. The dishes were very small at very high prices. Plus the waiter service, which the customer only finds out about when paying the bill. Maybe this is standard. I don't know. I just didn't like it, that's why I'm pointing it out."

"Pokój bardzo czysty, łóżka wygodne. Obsługa bardzo miła. Mieliśmy maly problem przy meldunku bo mimo że zrobiliśmy rezerwacje na dwie osoby dorosłe i dziecko, to jednak hotel dostał potwierdzenie naszego noclegu tylko na dwie osoby dorosłe, bez dziecka. Szybko zostało to skorygowane ma recepcji hotelowej i w ciągu 15 minut już mieliśmy pościelona sofę dla dziecka, mega profesjonalne podejście. Śniadania Super, bardzo duży wybór różnych dań, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. No i oczywiście hotel bardzo dobrze umiejscowiony. Blisko do dworca PKP i parku oliwskiego. Polecam. Ja na pewno jeszcze raz skorzystam"

"Stayed here with my husband for 4 nights. We booked a room with a balcony with views of the church and clock, I’m so pleased we did, it was beautiful especially in the evening when the church and clock lit up. The breakfast was really nice and plenty to choose from. The staff were nice on reception and the hotel was very clean and in a perfect position to look around Gdansk."

"Family holiday trip, staying at this hotel in Gdansk, this is a city center location, just on Amber Street, right outside, it is not far from all attractions, there is bottled water, no phone in the room, no kettle and coffee Machine, as you can freely enjoy tea or coffee with your room card in the lobby. The room is also good. Our room is an interior view room, the lobby lights are bright, the room has blackout curtains, and the breakfast is also good for me. Although not as good as a domestic four-star hotel, it was quite good during our trip. If there is a chance to go to Poland, this place is pretty good"

"Very pleasant stay. Check in was quick and easy. Room was cleaned well, nicely decorated, good lighting, comfortable mattress, clean towels and linens, refrigerator in room, free bottled water provided, good temperature control, good towels, nice bath products and good water pressure, great proximity to the Gdansk Oliwa train station. The only complaints would be lack of English cable stations (no CNN), I was unable to connect my HDMI device to the TV and some noises could be heard in my room from the hallway. Also there is currently a lot of street construction around the property. However, overall it was a great stay in a comfortable and inviting hotel."

"The room is quite large, the window is opened facing the canal, the scenery is very good, the old town is fun, the shopping on Amber Street is all around, and there are many restaurants with special decoration nearby. The location is first-rate; the night train to Gdansk was very early, and I was worried about what to do if I could not check in. I didn't expect the hotel to be arranged for check-in at 6 am (may be related to the off-season), super unexpected; the hotel also sent a Desserts are welcome, you can enjoy a delicious chocolate cake in the restaurant; the hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the price of online booking and hotel booking is the same, so you can decide depending on the situation; but in the end, letting the hotel call a taxi is a bit problem, Google Map The display shows that the airport is 34-50 zloty. We asked the hotel to call us a taxi to the airport for 93 zloty and asked the driver why the price is so expensive. He even said that the hotel's car was a bite, regardless of the price. Cars, whether the road is open or traffic jams, whether on weekdays or weekends are a price, dizzy!"

GGuest UserWhilst the location, facilities and staff were good unfortunately the sleeping experience was not. Having paid for a hotel room for three nights, having two of these disrupted by extremely loud music (until 4am on Saturday night and 1am on the Monday) from the bar and nightclub above, I could not recommend. I suspect experiences may vary depending on your proximity to the roof and light-well in the middle of the building.
Having since read reviews from other customers, this is a know issue, despite the best acting skills of the staff. This was evident from the bulk supply of earplugs available at reception when we raised the issue with them in the early hours of the morning. I appreciate the hotel itself has little control over the noise from the roof terrace/nightclub above but it did mean a couple nights of very poor sleep.

AAnton KrasnovThe room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it.

First of all, the hotel's location is excellent. It is conveniently located in the center of Gdansk, with many famous attractions within walking distance. It is undoubtedly an ideal place to stay for tourists who like to explore the city.
Secondly, the hotel's facilities and the quality of the rooms are excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern and comfortable decoration and all the necessary facilities. The daily room cleaning service is also very good and maintains a high standard of hygiene.
In addition, the hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The elegant environment of the restaurant and the friendly and professional service staff make every day a particularly pleasant start.
What impressed me most was the hotel's service. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responsive. Not only did they provide a lot of useful information about the tour, but they were also ready to solve any problems we encountered during our stay. This meticulous care made our stay even more perfect.
Overall, IBB Hotel Gdansk was a highlight of my trip with its great location, quality facilities and excellent service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all travelers planning to visit Gdansk.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right opposite to the Gdansk Main Station, so it is convenient for those who need to catch a train. The staff was nice and polite. The breakfast offers a limited variety of food and drinks. The single bed and pillow are quite small. There is also no free dental kits provided, and those who forgot to bring a toothbrush and toothpaste would have to pay for that at the hotel's store. There is a gym in the hotel but cannot be accessed with your own room card and requires customers to obtain another access card from the front desk, which is a rather abnormal arrangement. The hotel is around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Old Town.

MMichelleWe checked at the hotel about 9 am, but there may be no one checked in the night before, so the counter brother let us enter the room early (can not be asked, please do not unreasonable request) and sent a magnet for the appearance of the hotel at check-in. The milk sugar on the towel is super delicious.
The hotel is located next to St. Mary's Church, outside is Amber Street, there are quite a lot of accessories to choose to buy back as a gift, the price is not expensive and beautiful. 5-10 minutes walk is the square area, there are many restaurants and bars to choose from, not far from the river. Rossmann (similar to drugstore + supermarket) is available for a 3-minute walk to buy a variety of necessities.
It is a 20-minute walk from Gdask Gowny Railway Station. It takes about 10-15PLN by taxi. If you want to call Uber or Bolt from the hotel to go to other places, you must go to the periphery to set pickup point . .
The overall personal accommodation experience is very good, but the hotel may not be suitable for the elderly without elevator.
