"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and found the room to be really comfortable, the staff really friendly and helpful, and the food was really excellent. We didn't use the spa facilities as always arrived too late but the pool looked really inviting. Location was also good as just a few minutes off the M1. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this hotel."

"Not one of the better Premier Inns I’ve stayed at. Getting very dated and in need a a complete refurb. Situated a bit in the middle of nowhere, neither close to Leeds city centre nor the M1 and A1 . A comfortable and clean room but the choice a places to eat was limited to just the chain restaurant opposite. I booked at a very good price so can’t really complain as such. The usual rates are considerably higher and so not worthwhile"

"The staff were so very nice, nothing was too much trouble, we arrived with two small dogs and they were treated like royalty, Kim and Maria behind reception and also Maria who served us in the buffet were so nice and even though Maria was off duty (from the buffet in the morning)that evening she helped Kim out when I had a problem with the tv, and they sorted a new one out straight away. We fully intend to use the hotel again next time we are traveling that way. The hotel have exceptional great staff"

"Nic, clean and comfortable hotel. Ideally situated on the M1 but without the traffic noise. Restaurant a bit limited but there’s more eating places in the services. Bar is a bit pricey, but the staff are fantastic and a credit to the company"

"The price is absolutely cheap, you can drive to York Ole's park &ride for half an hour to transfer to the city bus. The room is not small, very clean, parking is free, there is a restaurant at the door, all holiday inn for breakfast are the same. There is no elevator, you need to carry your luggage upstairs."

"Joanne's service was excellent—she provided detailed analysis and recommendations, guiding us to upgrade to a sea-view King bed room. This allowed us to enjoy the stunning sunrise and sunset over Brighton’s coast under the warm sunshine, making our trip even more memorable.
