"I stayed in this hotel in September. I’d had an accident in my car and had to return to retrieve it from  Annemasse. my experience was good. I decided to rebook and was not disappointed. i  had forgotten clothes items and they kept hold of them for me. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant chef came out to the table to greet his customers and the waitress was charming. Excellent home-made food .  Reception  staff extremely warm a welcoming.  Location is excellent with shops and restaurants nearby even by foot. Geneva border eight minutes away, perfect!  I look forward to returning next year Thank you to the Staff ."

"Единственное преимущество отеля это недалеко от женевы(25 мин на трамвае)и цена . На этом плюсы заканчиваются . Отель оооооочень уставший.  Завтрак очень простой . Голодный не останешься , но ….. Транспорт бесплатный до Женевы не дают . На день два можно , но на любителя . Про чистоту в номерах лучше не писать. Мусор не валяется но все такое затертое ,…. Шланг от душа отваливается про большом напоре. Для такой сети это просто позор иметь такой отель как какая то ночлежка"

"This hotel is near to the Annemasse station, about 70m away. The access into hotel is via access card. The room has comfortable beds, kitchen with a stove and microwave, some utensils. You can also refill water at the lobby. Overall it's a comfortable stay if you were to get to Geneva at day time and come back to stay to save cost."
