民宿是在山上，山路不太好開。環境不錯，設施齊全，造型好看，衞生也可以，比較貼心的還有蒸汽眼罩，不足之處那也有很多：1、空調車對着床頭吹。2、自動的窗簾有關不上的，導致很早就醒了。3、訂的雙床房，早餐110以上小童需要收費，也近40元了，沒有具體説明，關鍵是早餐種類也不多，挺普通的。4、讓前前台冷凍的冰塊（讓保温箱內用的），第二天去拿都沒凍上！耽誤事真是的！5、餐廳菜品種類很少。沒有炒菜什麼的。

入住期間發生了些小起伏，但總的來説是一次難忘、開心的旅行體驗。 我們是國慶期間入住的，突然的客流量上升，能感覺到店家相關的經驗不足，有些手忙腳亂。 首先由於嵛山島的特殊性，需要帶着行李坐船、做大巴、轉小巴、繞山路，歷經曲折終於到達民宿。 第一眼是滿意的，裝修很新，地理位置也非常好，面朝著海背靠着山。 但是前台就老闆娘一個人負責接待4、5家遊客，要一家一家帶着去房間。 等待了很久終於輪到我們了，卻被告知房間和我們預訂的不一樣，被帶到了旁邊的樓。 這一間房明顯還沒裝修完，路由器垂在牆上，網線也暴露在外。沒有牀頭櫃、沒有衣櫃，門鎖也是壞的。 唯一欣慰的是還有一個陽台，可以看看夜景，早上看日出。 大家預訂房間的時候肯定都是精挑細選的，尤其是放假期間，都希望有個圓滿的旅程。 當得知自己預訂的房間早就被別人預訂了而商家完全沒事先告知，真是晴天霹靂一般的心情。 好在全程老闆娘都有好好溝通和解釋，也一直在儘量補償我們。 建議店家做好服務培訓管理，以應對這種突發客流的情況。不然會影響你們自己的口碑，影響客人的心情，你們自己也很疲憊。 建議在客人預訂後上島入住的前1-2天主動聯繫客人，説明下嵛山島的交通情況和民宿的地址。 最後還是很建議來嵛山島的遊客定這家民宿的，非節假日價格也很實惠，重點是看日出真的很漂亮！建議來之前和民宿老闆打電話確認清楚哦。
