民宿是在山上，山路不太好開。環境不錯，設施齊全，造型好看，衞生也可以，比較貼心的還有蒸汽眼罩，不足之處那也有很多：1、空調車對着床頭吹。2、自動的窗簾有關不上的，導致很早就醒了。3、訂的雙床房，早餐110以上小童需要收費，也近40元了，沒有具體説明，關鍵是早餐種類也不多，挺普通的。4、讓前前台冷凍的冰塊（讓保温箱內用的），第二天去拿都沒凍上！耽誤事真是的！5、餐廳菜品種類很少。沒有炒菜什麼的。

酒店真沒得説，真真不錯，可以説是希爾頓的配置，如家的價格！！！進大堂我都不敢相信自己用了這麼低的價格得到這麼豪華的酒店，酒店自帶餐飲，我們入住當天看到有兩場喜酒，人來人往非常熱鬧。前台服務態度很好，就感覺不是很專業，我説西她説東，聲音小，我多問幾句感覺對方都要躲進桌下了，不夠大方，建議再培訓培訓，既然酒店這麼豪華，前台也要配得上。總體服務員態度都不錯，電梯裏遇到都很熱情禮貌並且主動服務。房間面積比較大，角角落落看了，衞生還不錯，衞生間乾濕分離，雖然不是智能馬桶，不影響正常使用。可唯一不滿意的就是洗澡水一下冷一下熱，在這個還需要開暖氣的季節，簡直糟透了，我看也不是我一個人這麼反應，真的很拉低檔次，建議好好整改！！！後來在福州過了兩晚，再也沒有這麼高性價比的酒店了，甚是懷念，還有機會再來一趟的話還選這家！
