"I liked the location, because it’s close to tram. Supermarket Kaufland is close to the hotel, around 5 minutes walking from hotel.
Unfortunately I was sad because of no-cleaning policy, but since it’s apartments, it’s acceptable.
On 2nd day there was a fire alarm in the whole hotel, so we has to go outside and wait. We couldn’t understand the reason of fire alarm.
The room is small, maximum for 2 people.
Utilities are provided. But you need to buy nespresso capsules for coffee machine.
You can stay in this hotel until 5 days, in my opinion."

"The location is ideal, as it is right next to train station. In the train station, there are also eateries and supermarkets, so it is really convenient. It's a good base if you plan to explore Freiburg for a few days."

"Hotel is near to main station only bad side is the road which makes quite difficult to push or pull your luggage. Take note about 6-7 steps before you reach to reception. If you don't bring, mid or large luggage, there won't be any issues. The staffs and facilities are perfect."

"Very good location near Münster and Old Town. Modern rooms with good bed, bathroom with rain shower, air conditioning.
Unfortunately, the cost brake of management is clearly at the expense of the guests:
1. The aircone operating overnight is down at night - so exactly when you need it! The reception is clearly known and is noticed without regret with a axle cushion.
2. In a house that requires almost € 200/Nacht parking, an adequate quality breakfast with some ”extra” should be compulsory. This is where breakfast is well organized at first sight, although it is well organized, But unfortunately 3* is standard. The hot dishes (e.g. rhein, spice, sauce, pancakes etc.) are quality simple and already cold at 8:30. As well, selection and quality of sauce, cheese and fruit are simple. The quite ordinary coffee is taken out of the machine."

YYIMPublic transportation is very convenient. The train station is only a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Supermarkets and daily necessities stores are next to the hotel, and there are many restaurants to choose from. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the old town and the city is very clean.

GGuest UserWe spent a few days in Freiburg. The hotel is quiet and close to an S-Bahn station. Across the street is a bakery and several restaurants. We stayed at La Kantina and were very satisfied. The breakfast was okay. Nothing special, but everything was there. There was always enough space. The rooms are well-equipped. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend a stay.

KKruegerWhen staying at the Dorint hotel, you can be sure that international standards are met. The rooms, especially in the new wing are very good.
The breakfast is good, even though they don't serve poached eggs. The location is outside the city in a forest and you can rent bikes for nice day-tours into the city and the region. The hotel is next to a spa and wellness pool.

GGuest UserI enjoy my stay at super 8. It is clean and comfortable. I have nothing to complain, so much so I extended another night on top of the original booking. ( This is not critique more like user feedback-- sometimes only those who uses it would notice and hope hotel could look into it ) The water outflow at the sink and the bath place seems slower than the water flow from the tap hence could flood easily. Perhaps could use some unclogging. If there is anything one want to ” pick on” ( personally I don't think there is any), this place is about 30mins or 2.2km walk from the hbf train station. You could either take a stroll and admire the scenery on the way, or if you dislike walking, take tram no2 which cost mere €2.90 one way, less than 10 mins ride.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Freiburg! Everything was excellent — from the friendly and helpful staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall atmosphere. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and public transportation. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the room was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Freiburg and would happily stay here again!

SStephanieThe room was perfect size for one person. It was very clear and bright, my room have the view to a park. The location is really close to the tram and there's a supermarket super close. The bed is comfortable. Since the bathroom didn't have windows, there's a bathroom exhaust fan, the problem is that is extremely noisy and took a lot of time to turn off after you turn the lights off
