"We had a small apartment in the third floor, there was no view of the apartment, but it was perfectly ventilated, they were very well designed from a functional point of view, everything was comfortable, it was an interesting solution: biometric keys. We also use the parking, we also use the screwdriver and it was great, although the price for it is a little high, I wish you a success in this hotel, it is a convenient place to spend a few days exploring Floripa car. We would like to stay here for a longer time."

"O hotel fica no centro, e tem boa localização, o quarto é limpo, tivemos alguns contratempos com o chuveiro quente, o café da manhã é cobrado à parte, então não tomei, não posso avaliar, e estacionamento também é cobrado a parte, logo torna a estadia pra quem está com carro, mais caro. Foi uma passagem pela cidade, então foi apenas uma diária, como sugestão seria bom melhorarem os lençóis pra inverno, estava frio."

We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... GGuest UserI stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

Aandyni991The hotel is about 30 minutes away from the airport. I stayed here for business trips for the convenience of transportation. There is a beach in front of the hotel with a great view. But the room does not have toiletries and slippers like in China, so you have to bring your own. The breakfast is a typical Western breakfast, there is no Chinese food, but the fruit is good.

JJOSIEL FOGGIATTOThe only negative point in the hotel is the acoustics, we spent the weekend and had a party next to it, which is no problem, but what disturbed was that we couldn't sleep because of noise, doors and windows don't isolate the sound that comes out!
The hotel is very good, we like it quite.

GGuest UserGreat communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

GGabriel de Oliveira 7Very good accommodation, excellent bathroom, very clean. What caused stress was the issue of using the elevators, there are many rooms and only two elevators working, it took us more than 15 minutes to get down to the ground floor. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, besides the quality being very low, it was constantly replenished (for example: there were two trays of scrambled eggs and even then they ran out and it took 15 minutes to replenish half of the tray, which ran out soon after). It took us more than an hour to actually have breakfast. Suggestion to reduce the lines and lack of tables in the café: schedule a 1/2 hour time slot for coffee per room in advance, thus reducing the huge demand in a short space of time.
