We had a great stay here! The location is just inside the old town but not on a busy street so it was convenient but quiet and relaxing. The rooms and hallways are also very nicely decorated and clean. The owners were also very helpful and friendly and even went out of their way to help us get something we lost at the bus station! We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for an affordable and relaxing place in Fenghuang.

Decent 套房for me and my family. Kind enough to let us know how to travel around 凤凰古城. Location is alright, comfortable walking distance away from main river and crowd Bed is a little on the hard side. At night seemed like got people burn scents or stuffs outside which the smell got into our room, which affected our sleep quality.

It's located right next to the main entrance of Fenghuang old city. Staff has been very friendly and helpful, offered me a room upgrade and showed me all the best spots to visit on the map as soon as I arrived. At night it becomes very quite and charming, still it's just a couple of minutes walk from the main streets.

The homestay is located near South Gate of the Phoenix Ancient City Scenic Area, around 5min walk from the bus station at Nanhua area. It was low season and I got upgraded to a higher floor room (less noisy). After settling down, the staff introduced the town with what were worth visiting and what weren't. She also reminded me to be careful on the tourist traps. The room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean. Water is available on each floor for refill. The only drawbacks were that the tv was very difficult to use plus that the shower was not hot enough. I even had goose bumps on my arms during the shower as the water was weak and not hot enough. However, they have thermal mattress pad so I had a good sleep even though the bath wasn't a very good experience.

This particular hotel (home stay) is located at Feng Huang old town . It not too far from the main road and hence it easy to access if you have luggage. The staff working here are very kind and friendly. Upon check in he show me where to go and what to avoid being scam in the old town Room itself was great on things which bother me is the washroom

Friendly house staff, location are all within the park. Such a very good and amazing experience at Fenghuang.

The room was absolutely amazing, with everything from disposable bath towels to tissues. The owner was incredibly nice and welcoming, proactively asking if we needed anything. The inn was incredibly fragrant upon entering, and it truly had a traditional feel. (I forgot to take pictures of the room, so I'll just take pictures of the lobby!)

Here comes the warm review. Because my schedule was too tight, I booked a room online in advance. I was very satisfied after checking in. It is a few minutes away from the riverside of the ancient city. There are a lot of people during the New Year, so it won't be too noisy to stay here. The price-performance ratio is very high. The boss patiently explained the route. Very patient, the service is very good. Recommended to everyone who plans to travel to Fenghuang.

The hotel's convenient location, just a few meters from the city's central bridge, is notable. The hotel is very quiet, with very little noise. The room was clean, although the mattress was a bit hard. It should be noted that our room didn't have an exterior window, only the bathroom window, which reduced the natural light in the room, which would have been great. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The environment is quaint. The proprietress is very kind. She explained the map to us for a long time before we went out to play. She gave us a large map and recommended many delicious restaurants. There are also cute kittens in the store. The surrounding area is relatively quiet.

Very clean and tidy B&B! The cat at the door is so cute, the room is cleaned very cleanly, and the front desk lady is also very nice. The boss also answered various questions in a timely manner~ I stayed here once in 22 years and came again with my family in 25 years~ I am very satisfied
