There was no bellboy to show me my room and carry my luggage. The room was not clean especially the bed. The sheets had stains and there was a few strains of body hair on it. The flush and peephole were broken. And the lights were flickering.

A good hotel for one night, especially if you're flying from SAW. Good metro connections. Clean rooms. A supermarket is nearby. And the bus stops right outside, taking you directly to a nearby shopping center. The Suadiye nightlife district is also very close, accessible by public transport or taxi.

This hotel was recommended by a friend. I booked two more days because I had a good experience on the first day! The service is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. It is a branch behind the main building, quiet and comfortable. The pillows are especially comfortable to sleep on, not as high as those in ordinary hotels.

I stayed in the quarantined Dedeman before. This time I tried the park side. The environment is as good as ever. The front desk colleagues are nice and the room is comfortable and tidy.
