Good service

This is a Hotel with great staff. The rooms are a DISASTER. The lighting is so bad I could not work in the evening. The rooms only have a fixed light above the beds. It is not possible to light the room. The rooms need a total rethink. They are too dark.

Great hotel, however, on the second night at around 930pm the door opened and some new guests entered my room. They had been assigned the same room, given a key and even opened the door. When I discussed this with the morning person, they assured me it was a mistake on their end, in the system and it showed that I never checked in and the room was empty. They then told me I wouldn’t be charged for the room and would be comp’d the last night of my stay. I booked through trip.com and it is prepaid to the hotel. So they can’t comp my stay as she said. I was still charged for the room. Not staying here again

Very new, spacious room, but the design of the European and American window fan is really not flattering, the noise is loud, and it turns off after heating for a while. The parking lot is large, free, and very convenient. Breakfast is included, although it is small, it tastes good.

Because it is a pet-friendly accommodation, there are many dogs, which makes a lot of noise and smells. People who don't have pets may need to pay special attention. Other things are good. The location is very good

A good value for money hotel, far from the city, but very quiet and clean. There are also some shops and supermarkets nearby. I had a takeaway pizza, which tasted good.

The hotel location is very good The house price is clean, quiet, and relatively large Breakfast is average The check-in time was relatively rigid, so I thought it would be okay to arrive half an hour in advance, but the front desk said that I had to pay.
