The staff doesn’t speak English, didn’t seem very friendly. They wanted to give some free coupon to me but then told me I arrived so late in the evening.. then ok, you just don’t need to mention it. Room was good.

Very friendly and attentive front of house staff. The manager in particular went out of her way to make my stay memorable.

The Reception staff is the best staff I have ever seen in all my travels across the world and even compared to the other Hilton hotels we have stayed at. At the front desk Ms Mao Yingying and her other colleagues went out of their way to help us and make us have a restful and lovely holiday. Even the housekeeping staff and the staff at the cafe are very warm and helpful. I will surely return here for another holiday and recommend this hotel as Must Stay Hotel for all my friends.
