The Reception staff is the best staff I have ever seen in all my travels across the world and even compared to the other Hilton hotels we have stayed at. At the front desk Ms Mao Yingying and her other colleagues went out of their way to help us and make us have a restful and lovely holiday. Even the housekeeping staff and the staff at the cafe are very warm and helpful. I will surely return here for another holiday and recommend this hotel as Must Stay Hotel for all my friends. The carpet has a lot of stains. The TV screen is covered with dust. People with rhinitis should be careful not to stay here. The soundproofing is not good. The noise from the neighbors and the window can be heard clearly. People who sleep light should be careful not to stay here. The corridor smells damp. The room smells like a toilet. The front desk has a cold face. Almost all the food for breakfast is cold. Half a star is for the receptionist in the breakfast room. Her attitude is very enthusiastic.
