The hotel is right in front of Suizenji Park and there is a tram right in front, so it was easy to access. The hotel was also clean and nice.

The hotel is old and the soundproofing is very poor. There were children next door at night. There were door opening noises, screaming noises, running noises, and the most outrageous sound was the sound of running water in the water pipes. The room smelled damp. It takes at least 40 minutes to get to Kumamoto JR by train. The only good thing is that the train station is at the door. There is no convenience store nearby. Poor experience

The location is OK, close to Suizenji Park and opposite the memorial hall, but the hotel's facilities are too old, especially the sound insulation. The noise in the corridor is so loud that it doesn't feel like being in Japan at all. The experience is very bad!

The hotel rooms are relatively old, but the beds, quilts and pillows are very clean, and there is a Sharp air purifier. The buffet breakfast has quite a lot of dishes, and the staff are very friendly.

The room was renovated, clean, and the staff were very friendly! It was a wonderful trip to Kumamoto! Thank you very much!

It's cheap so maybe it can't be helped, but there was mold in the bathroom. Most places have toilet paper neatly folded into a triangle, but this one didn't. Maybe it was left there after the previous person used it? It didn't feel very good. Also, when I called to ask if I could park in the parking lot before checking in, I was told that I could, but when I got there I was told that I could only park from 1pm. If that was the case, I wish they had told me the time, and there was no point in me making the effort to call and confirm. The Chinese staff's attitude was not very good.

The room is not very spacious, and there is no free drink machine like other hotels, but there are free tea bags to make, a self-service vending machine that provides drinks and instant noodles, and a free washing machine, which is highly recommended.

Good location, the tram is just downstairs, the room is a bit small.

I often use this hotel when I go back to Kumamoto. The accommodation fee was cheap and good.

I found it inconvenient that there was only one set of heat-resistant glasses in the room, and no tray to hold the coffee drip packs. The knob for checking the refrigerator temperature had come off. Also, the base of the shower head handle was made of metal, so I almost got burned when I turned on the hot water. Even though the price was low, I think they should have provided some small service to make up for the old facilities. Aren't they keeping costs down a bit too much? I thought. The front desk staff were all very nice.

It was clean, but the room itself was small and you could hear voices from next door and in the hallway, so it was noisy in the mornings and at night. The refrigerator was right inside, making it difficult to reach immediately, and you had to straddle the bed to get to the back of the room, and the outlets were a little far from the bed, which were a bit inconvenient. You can't park in the parking lot unless you make a reservation.
