The location is OK, close to Suizenji Park and opposite the memorial hall, but the hotel's facilities are too old, especially the sound insulation. The noise in the corridor is so loud that it doesn't feel like being in Japan at all. The experience is very bad!

It's cheap so maybe it can't be helped, but there was mold in the bathroom. Most places have toilet paper neatly folded into a triangle, but this one didn't. Maybe it was left there after the previous person used it? It didn't feel very good. Also, when I called to ask if I could park in the parking lot before checking in, I was told that I could, but when I got there I was told that I could only park from 1pm. If that was the case, I wish they had told me the time, and there was no point in me making the effort to call and confirm. The Chinese staff's attitude was not very good.

The room is not very spacious, and there is no free drink machine like other hotels, but there are free tea bags to make, a self-service vending machine that provides drinks and instant noodles, and a free washing machine, which is highly recommended.

I found it inconvenient that there was only one set of heat-resistant glasses in the room, and no tray to hold the coffee drip packs. The knob for checking the refrigerator temperature had come off. Also, the base of the shower head handle was made of metal, so I almost got burned when I turned on the hot water. Even though the price was low, I think they should have provided some small service to make up for the old facilities. Aren't they keeping costs down a bit too much? I thought. The front desk staff were all very nice.

It was clean, but the room itself was small and you could hear voices from next door and in the hallway, so it was noisy in the mornings and at night. The refrigerator was right inside, making it difficult to reach immediately, and you had to straddle the bed to get to the back of the room, and the outlets were a little far from the bed, which were a bit inconvenient. You can't park in the parking lot unless you make a reservation.

When traveling by car, parking is not free and costs 900 yen per night. The facilities are relatively old, especially the restrooms.

There was enough space for one person to stay. The bath is a 3 piece unit so it's small. It would have been better if there was a large public bath. I checked out early the next morning, and the location was very convenient for accessing the airport, as it was close to the limousine bus stop.

The trip to Kyushu is still in progress. This is the third hotel I have stayed at out of 4, and it is also the worst one. 1. There is an unpleasant smell when entering the hotel building. 2. In terms of service, other hotels I stayed at this time generally provide free water, tea or coffee at the front desk. There is nothing here and no water is provided in the room. 3. The environmental facilities are all disclosed. There was an old smell. When I entered the room, I found that the air conditioner was blowing parallel to the bed. When I took out the hair dryer, the head was missing. The remaining part was covered with dust. The leather of the bedside table was in tatters. 4. The sound of opening the door was heard by outside guests at night. The words and actions in the room were clearly transmitted, which made my already unhappy heart even more irritated. I complained to Ctrip and hoped that the quality of the recommended hotel would be well controlled and at least match the price listed. Ctrip also actively coordinated and handled the matter. Suggestions for future generations. If it is 300 in the future, it can be considered. If it is more, it is really not worth it. I also hope that Ctrip will list more cost-effective hotels in Kumamoto to give users more choices, so as to avoid agents from raising prices.

The location of this hotel is relatively remote! But it’s finally in front of the Kumamoto City Light Rail Station, so it’s easy to get in and out! Good hygiene! There are various items and drink bags in the lobby for you to take, which is very personal!
