Nice view of Wadi Rum

The hotel is not a 5 star rating. The little details ruins the experience, they only give u 1 keycard which u need to take out to exit the room and shuts electricity off which makes the room super hot, the electric plugs do not all work properly, the room is dirty full of sand and dust which makes breathing a bit uncomfortable. They do not have proper hygienic services like slippers, dental kits, etc… water is free for 2 small bottles and rest is chargeable. The jacuzzi is covered and they do not train you to turn it on and enjoy it. The room hardwood floors are damaged. For the price paid, i had way higher expectations for 280-300$ per night, i expected a much higher experience. The dome is useless since the rooftop see through cover is smudged and you cannot see anything through it, would have preferred a cheaper room rate for such experience but it did not meet the expectations at all. The rooms are not close to reception and in the day moving without a golf cart is a challenge as well.

Everything is perfect. We had a great stay and memorable night. Stars above us when we sleep. Good buffet breakfast and dinner! Hotel staff are all friendly and attentive. Thumbs up

The hotel do not have wifi in the bubble, only at the lobby so not great if you need to use internet! The bubble is very cute and decent, the shower is a bit small. We did a camel ride which was fun. Overall enjoyable especially with a sky full of stars.

The best view and service i loved the atmosphere

We absolutely loved the room! It’s so dreamy, sleeping under the stars & the moon. The buffet is included in the room price and it’s delicious! We would recommend this hotel to all wanting to experience the desert in a comfortable way.

It was a great experience, but the transportation was not very convenient. It was a bit difficult to get there without a car. The camels in the desert and the stargazing experience were all very good. The clerk was also very nice.

The hotel facilities are old and the hygiene is worrying. You have to park your car in the parking lot and then walk to the hotel for 20 minutes. It's too cold in this season. The food is average. There are several air inlets in the room, which makes it cold at night. Although the surrounding scenery is beautiful, these are greatly discounted.

The room was nice, better than expected, very quiet. You can see the stars at night, the food was okay, there were some activities, and we went camel riding early in the morning. Because of the structure, Bubble needs to be blown by air all the time, so it is noisier than UFO, but it is brighter because it is basically transparent and more One room, UFO is like a tent, and it feels more solid. When it rained heavily on the first night in Bubble, a little rain still seeped in. This is not good or bad, it depends on personal preference Let me talk about the points to pay attention to. First of all, it is a place that defrauds tourists. The drinks in the restaurant are all above 3JD, which is equivalent to 30 yuan for a bottle of Coke, and a plate of the simplest pasta costs more than 100 yuan. If you If you want to exchange money, the exchange rate given by the hotel is much lower than outside, because the hotel is in the desert, unless you are driving a four-wheel drive SUV, don't follow the navigation to drive inside! There is their meeting point at the motorway exit closest to the hotel, park there and let them pick you up! I was so focused on driving that I didn’t notice this, and as a result, I drove the car into the desert and ran aground according to the navigation. I called them to ask them to rescue them, but they insisted that I send them the location by WhatsApp. I said I didn’t even have it. How to send it to you! I explained several times that I used googlemap to get here from Petra, and now I am 10 minutes away from you, which is 4.7 kilometers away (Figure 4). You can follow the navigation on googlemap and walk backwards to find me, wouldn’t it be good? ! But they refused to listen to them, and asked me to send the address over and over again. After more than an hour, I gave up waiting and started hiking in the desert for more than one kilometer. I found a car and rescued me. I want to pick up and drop off at the hotel because I don’t dare to drive anymore. They I asked for 40JD in cash, and I didn’t allow it to be recorded in the room. You know, I also asked for 40JD in cash when I traveled the next day. I said that I really only have 37JD left, and the driver said that’s ok, please take it carefully.

Not bad~ The starry sky is indeed very beautiful, but the conditions are just average, but it’s pretty good. The scenery is indeed very important in this hotel. Hehehe, everything is great.
