Family friendly Hotels in Handan

Great location with friendly helpful staff. The museum is just across the street.The only thing makes me feel uncomfortable is someone smoking in the room and keep the doors open.

My stay at Congtai grand hotel was superb, the location is easily accessible to shopping malls , restaurants and transport. The front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative despite having so many formalities due to the covid pandemic, the staff guide me to the nucleic acid test collection centre and collected the PCR result. Even arranged a taxi to the train station before checkout. I would definitely recommend it, guys whenever you’re in Handan , don’t miss out.

The hotel facilities are good. Breakfast is fine. And we had a nice dinner! Overall, very good value for money.

Overall, it is still very recommended, because the price is right, parking is convenient, and the hotel is quiet.

The hotel staff said that if it really didn't work, I could unplug the power card to sleep. I called the front desk at more than 11 o'clock, but it was already 12 o'clock when they came to check me. They brought an engineer. In fact, they used the smart voice control method that was given to me on the phone. He also came again and couldn't solve it at all. It was a little faster and asked me to change the room alone. At that time, all the new vitality was turned on and the washbasin was full of my own supplies. I made an appointment with friends and family to go out and play early the next morning. There was no time to change. The air conditioning control panel was also broken. There was always a sound of electricity. Although they changed my room the next day and gave me a fruit plate, and thanked them for handling it, but this trip became very bad. The experience was reduced because I was looking forward to the hotel. After all, it is a new smart hotel. The restaurant service is very good. Thank you for this.
