Forgot to take a picture. We originally booked a twin room, but the front desk said that the rooms were limited during the Spring Festival, and the air conditioning in the remaining rooms was slow to heat. They proactively upgraded me to a deluxe executive king room, which was a pleasant surprise.
The room facilities are very new and the linens are of good quality, all of which are five-star standards. Although the breakfast is not very rich, the quality is good.
The doorman will take the initiative to help with the luggage and his attitude is very good. Unlike some previous comments that said that the company is indifferent. The room service is just so-so. I wanted an extra quilt, but I called 5 times and waited more than 2 hours before it was delivered. The service efficiency is really poor. . . Another thing is the water in the room, which is really average.
There are not many places to eat around, and the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive.
To sum up, considering the price and hardware, the overall cost performance is quite high. There were many guests during the Spring Festival, so the service was tolerable.

GGuest UserHygiene: OK, but for such a new hotel, I saw that the floor of the bath area was rusty. I don't know why it was not cleaned.
Facilities: Smart failure. The row of lights at the head of the bed and the row of lights above the TV could not be turned off. I could only sleep with the lights on for one night. The hotel staff said that if it really didn't work, I could unplug the power card to sleep. I called the front desk at more than 11 o'clock, but it was already 12 o'clock when they came to check me. They brought an engineer. In fact, they used the smart voice control method that was given to me on the phone. He also came again and couldn't solve it at all. It was a little faster and asked me to change the room alone. At that time, all the new vitality was turned on and the washbasin was full of my own supplies. I made an appointment with friends and family to go out and play early the next morning. There was no time to change.
The air conditioning control panel was also broken. There was always a sound of electricity.
Although they changed my room the next day and gave me a fruit plate, and thanked them for handling it, but this trip became very bad.
The experience was reduced because I was looking forward to the hotel. After all, it is a new smart hotel. The restaurant service is very good. Thank you for this.

AAWAISI was not expecting much. But our arrival at hotel to check out, everything went very smooth. Staff at front desk were very cooperative, good communication skills, staff at parking went extra mile to help me to fix charging for our car. Room very spacious and I must admit clean, stylish, and well managed. Breakfast with good variety. everybody in this hotel look after our 5 year old boy, very friendly to kids.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Congtai District, with mature surrounding facilities. It is within walking distance of Handan Museum and Melco City! There are not many Wyndham hotels in China. I stayed at Wyndham Grand in Zaozhuang at the beginning of the year and felt very good, so I chose this brand when I came to Handan this time. The hotel has warm service and good environment. I still recommend staying here!

The room is arranged on the 35th floor. The night view is beautiful and the breakfast is also very good Yes, it would be even better if there was bean foam. The parking lot has plenty of parking spaces, because the car is too big to park in the basement. Hua Lan even went to the side of the road to wait for the parking space we were looking for. WWusuyanAlthough it is a new hotel, the room is small and the air conditioner is not working. It is useless for the staff to fix it. I caught a cold. The same goes for breakfast. They were too busy to serve it. And compared with other Vienna hotels, it is a bit out of grade.

CChrissy_HankMy boyfriend and I visited his family and we chose H Mingzhu hotel for my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect and situated near a lovely park (which was a walking distance across the hotel). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite big and nice. However, it was a bit stuffy and smelled a bit of a smoking room (even though I was reassured it was a nonsmoking room). I constantly had the humidifier on to help with the room air quality. Although, they had a range of breakfast Chinese food option; which was good, yet, the food was not heated so it easily got cold by the time you serve yourself. I would recommend for them to consider having food burners to keep the food warm. Overall, I had a good stay and would most probably stay at the hotel again when visiting Handan.

The service staff of the omelette are working while answering the phone... chaos everywhere! Don’t eat dinner at this hotel. We ordered a hairy blood. The waiter went to the wrong table. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

In terms of the location, it may not be at the centre of commercial area (McDonald's wont deliver there) but it is just across the Handan East Railway Station so it is good.
The facilities are better than expected. Breakfast maybe is amazing for Chinese but for non- Chinese, the choices are limited.
In general, it is a good hotel and I highly recommend it specially for those who needs to travel via Railway.

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the city center, there is a large commercial complex next to the city, 5 minutes walk, eating, drinking and having fun.
