Great location -opposite a shopping mall and CVS stores also close, Congtai Park 5 minutes walk away. Extremely friendly and efficient check in - they even gave us a little welcome snack! Staff were.super friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was very nice. All in all,this hotel has excellent service and will be our first choice next time we return to Handan.

The experience of staying at Atour Hotel MixC Handan East Station this time was perfect! The lobby is super large, with a small reception area and a super large book bar. It was a bit late when I checked in. The security guard who drove was very good and gave the command to park. It was very good. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic. This stay experience far exceeded expectations, and this hotel must be praised. The front desk was very efficient when checking in. The young lady smiled very kindly. She also took the initiative to inform the surrounding food guides. Even which store to avoid the peak period was reminded, super intimate. The room looks more spacious than the picture, the decoration is simple and warm style, the details are handled in place: there is a free charging head at the bedside, unlike many hotels charging by scanning the code! The bathroom is separated from wet and dry and well ventilated, very convenient! The mattress was moderately firm and the quilt was light. I slept very heavily every day for three nights. The breakfast type is not amazing but very real. The day I left the store, the front desk also helped to pack breakfast. The price is so high and the service is so warm. I will definitely choose here next time I come to this city. I have already recommended it to my friends!

Close to Congtai Park. There is a big shopping mall nearby. It takes 10 minutes to walk. There are various snacks on the 5th floor of the shopping mall. My boyfriend and I visited his family and we chose H Mingzhu hotel for my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect and situated near a lovely park (which was a walking distance across the hotel). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite big and nice. However, it was a bit stuffy and smelled a bit of a smoking room (even though I was reassured it was a nonsmoking room). I constantly had the humidifier on to help with the room air quality. Although, they had a range of breakfast Chinese food option; which was good, yet, the food was not heated so it easily got cold by the time you serve yourself. I would recommend for them to consider having food burners to keep the food warm. Overall, I had a good stay and would most probably stay at the hotel again when visiting Handan.

AAnonymous UserBecause of the unanimous good reviews on Ctrip and the phone call, I booked an elegant room for three days. I have to say the service is really good, enthusiastic, proactive, and the response to requests is very timely. When I left, I was given two cups. Although I didn't use them, it really showed that the hotel was very thoughtful. However, even though the service was warm and thoughtful, the evaluation points given were mainly for the service, so the problems still need to be mentioned.
The air conditioner outdoor unit was too loud and we could hardly get a good night's rest. This was the main reason why we checked out after staying for one night.
Parking is inconvenient. There are too few parking spaces on the ground. Almost all the cars nearby are parked. It is difficult for hotel guests to park. There are not many underground parking spaces. The most incredible thing is that the elevator in the underground parking lot can only go up, but not down to the hotel. You need to walk down. This is the first time I have seen such a situation.
The breakfast was also very average. The breakfast at a nearby restaurant opens at 7:00. By the time we finished breakfast, it was already 07:30 and many dishes had not yet arrived. The food was not very hot and there were not many varieties.

The hotel had robots, which made it convenient to deliver things. Timo at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast started at 7 o'clock and there were many kinds of breakfast. There are performances every day on festivals and in the neighborhood. It's great! The room service is no worse than that of a five-star hotel in a big city. It is clean and tidy. The degree of secondary cleaning of the room shows the hotel's care. Knowing that we brought children with us, we were given enough drinking water every day, and there were seasonal fruits every day. When we left the hotel, the front desk lady also gave the children a small gift when we left the hotel. These are all plus points. Handan is a city worth playing in. I will come again. I wish the hotel a prosperous business!
