AAnonymous UserBecause of the unanimous good reviews on Ctrip and the phone call, I booked an elegant room for three days. I have to say the service is really good, enthusiastic, proactive, and the response to requests is very timely. When I left, I was given two cups. Although I didn't use them, it really showed that the hotel was very thoughtful. However, even though the service was warm and thoughtful, the evaluation points given were mainly for the service, so the problems still need to be mentioned.
The air conditioner outdoor unit was too loud and we could hardly get a good night's rest. This was the main reason why we checked out after staying for one night.
Parking is inconvenient. There are too few parking spaces on the ground. Almost all the cars nearby are parked. It is difficult for hotel guests to park. There are not many underground parking spaces. The most incredible thing is that the elevator in the underground parking lot can only go up, but not down to the hotel. You need to walk down. This is the first time I have seen such a situation.
The breakfast was also very average. The breakfast at a nearby restaurant opens at 7:00. By the time we finished breakfast, it was already 07:30 and many dishes had not yet arrived. The food was not very hot and there were not many varieties.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying at Atour Hotel MixC Handan East Station this time was perfect! The lobby is super large, with a small reception area and a super large book bar. I consulted the hotel front desk and found out there are about 1,000 books. There is coffee to taste in the lobby. The front desk staff is professional and enthusiastic. They serve tea when you enter the store and warm water when you leave the store. They also thoughtfully prepare welcome fruits. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city night view. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are all big brands, and the smart devices are easy to operate. There are rich varieties of breakfast, and the waitress can also make special delicacies. The gym and laundry facilities are first-class, and the service staff are always available to help. Highly recommended to friends who pursue quality, it is definitely worth the money!

The transportation is convenient and there is a parking lot. The bathtub is super slow, and the water in the basin is cold, and it has not been filled with half of the water in the bathtub. In particular, the breakfast at this hotel may be because of the May Day holiday. The underground is full of water and oil. The plate is full of water. The coffee cup and bowl are only given to one. It is also brushed by the back kitchen. The guests are everywhere, and there is no service staff to maintain order. The service staff of the omelette are working while answering the phone... chaos everywhere! Don’t eat dinner at this hotel. We ordered a hairy blood. The waiter went to the wrong table. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

WWenwen218The environment was nice. This was my second stay, but the front desk staff were a bit unprofessional at check-in. Zhang Jiangping's service in the guest rooms was excellent! My two children really enjoyed the bread-making and pottery activities. The evening fireworks display was a bit short. I hope the various activities can be enriched and improved.

RRuoyaowosi，nibixianwang。The price is affordable, yet the service is far from perfunctory. The room isn't huge but is well-laid out with excellent natural light. Even the older facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning heats up quickly and the Wi-Fi signal is stable, so there are no issues with usability. What truly impressed me was the genuine sincerity – the cleaning staff proactively offered to change towels, and the front desk thoughtfully reminded me of check-out times and important information. There was no aggressive upselling, just the right amount of thoughtful care.
