GGuest UserThis stay was perfect! The room is warmly decorated and you feel a sense of belonging as soon as you enter. The location is excellent, with everything you need for eating, drinking and entertainment nearby, and it is very convenient to travel. The staff is warm and considerate, and they take good care of us from check-in to check-out. I will come again next time!

AAodaiheliI ended my trip to Handan with my 78-year-old parents. In order to take the high-speed rail back home, I chose to stay in this hotel on the last day of the trip. Vienna Hotel and Yun Hotel share a building. The front desk staff of the hotel are patient and meticulous in serving guests, and the service of the room staff is also responsive. The 3-person room we stayed in was very large, and the ”Xiaodu, Xiaodu” smart nanny can help you complete some indoor operations. Breakfast is on the 5th floor of the hotel, with a rich variety of ingredients, both Chinese and Western. A very good stay experience.
A suggestion: replace the hotel's small soap with foam hand soap; the quality of disposable slippers can be improved to be perfect!

BBuanfenziA very tall hotel, just at the entrance of the South Gate Scenic Area of Dongtaihang, the scenery is very beautiful, basically a first-class hotel in the local area, so the evaluation is naturally more demanding. But in terms of emotional value, as a parent-child hotel still needs to be improved:
1. First of all, I checked in on the Mid-Autumn Festival. I casually asked the front desk. Is there any activity in the store during the Mid-Autumn Festival? The front desk is cold and cold, no! People have no holiday mood in an instant.
2. At the restaurant for dinner, the taste is still good. When I check out, I said that moon cakes are free, but I didn't see any moon cakes? The cashier said: Oh, we send one per table, maybe you forgot it. Then there is no more, can't you make up for one? Great holiday?
3, in the yard at night, the yard is dark, with the shadow of the mountain some people, at this time I do not know where to come a security shout, scared me the whole person a spirit, quickly slipped.
4. I met the service staff on the opposite side of the road. I took the initiative to say hello to her. People turned their heads and ignored me? ? ?

MM233872****The experience of staying at Atour Hotel MixC Handan East Station this time was perfect! The lobby is super large, with a small reception area and a super large book bar. I consulted the hotel front desk and found out there are about 1,000 books. There is coffee to taste in the lobby. The front desk staff is professional and enthusiastic. They serve tea when you enter the store and warm water when you leave the store. They also thoughtfully prepare welcome fruits. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city night view. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are all big brands, and the smart devices are easy to operate. There are rich varieties of breakfast, and the waitress can also make special delicacies. The gym and laundry facilities are first-class, and the service staff are always available to help. Highly recommended to friends who pursue quality, it is definitely worth the money!

CChrissy_HankMy boyfriend and I visited his family and we chose H Mingzhu hotel for my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect and situated near a lovely park (which was a walking distance across the hotel). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite big and nice. However, it was a bit stuffy and smelled a bit of a smoking room (even though I was reassured it was a nonsmoking room). I constantly had the humidifier on to help with the room air quality. Although, they had a range of breakfast Chinese food option; which was good, yet, the food was not heated so it easily got cold by the time you serve yourself. I would recommend for them to consider having food burners to keep the food warm. Overall, I had a good stay and would most probably stay at the hotel again when visiting Handan.

It was not in the information at the time of booking, but it was very convenient to use the refrigerator. I was able to cool the fruits I bought at the supermarket ”Gourmet Forest” diagonally opposite the hotel.
There was a bus stop in front of the pass, and there were many routes to tourist attractions and the transportation was convenient. I was able to take bus 604 to the Mine Peak Mining Area to go to the Hibikido Mountain Scenic Area from the front of the hotel.
I made a deposit of cash, but I was a little worried that I would have trouble at check-out due to the operation that did not issue a deposit certificate, but it was returned properly.
A part of the sliding glass sheet in the cherry blossom bathroom remained cut off. This time I was traveling alone, so there was no problem, but it is troublesome to have a companion and see the toilet, so I want repair.
I can't compare it to other hotels in the pass, but I think it was good for a hotel where foreigners can stay.
