The service is not good, the staff is very impatient.
The lobby and other public areas are closed at 11 o'clock, and friends are not allowed to use them even if they need to make a conference call, so the telephones in the corridor and the room will affect other guests.
The heating is not turned on at night, and it is not turned on after complaints.
The English breakfast set is OK. The restaurant also closes on time at 9:30.

Friendly & Accommodating Staff. Great Location walking distance from Exeter Central Station and Exeter University to City Centre. Room and Bed is very comfy and warm. I will stay again here and I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and others who looking to stay in Exeter Central.

Hotel room is good, big, very clean, good value for money, but the hotel is old-fashioned villas without elevators, the hotel did not consider the age level when arranging guests to stay, I was arranged for the 4th floor room, had asked to change the lower floor room, However, the hotel said that there is no such room, and it can only be forced to climb the stairs every day. It is very tired. Fortunately, the reception staff has a good service attitude and helped me to carry the heavy big boxes upstairs. I hope that the hotel will consider the age of the guests and the convenience of staying when arranging the room.

MMattsim83Had a lovely stay at the Indigo Hotel , nice clean and modern room with a lovely big bed and nice shower , we also had a complimentary mini bar with free soft drinks , great location right in the heart of Exeter ,which was great for eating out and going to a few bars , the staff we found very friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in Exeter 👍

TTkurvabe_23Booked a Standard Double Room without breakfast. It’s possible that the room was fully booked but the property upgraded us to a Triple Room which was not an issue. However, the tv remote does require a full deep clean, as there appears to be build up of dirt.

MMary DianeI was surprised I had to pay for parking at this hotel with only the hotel and a restaurant on site. I have stayed at dozens of similar style motels all over the country but never had to pay for parking.
I had booked an accessible room for my own reasons but the receptionist looked at me and asked if I really needed an accessible room and suggested I change to a regular room. I didn't feel like arguing with her so went with her suggestion as I didn't wanted to explain why I had chosen an accessible room and paid for that choice.

EEY2022There's no reception, which can be dangerous to live alone. For my experience, stranger knocking on my door hard and constantly around 11:30 pm, which is terrifying!! Police came the other night for unknown reason. As they are checking the monitor, we are asked to wait at the bar and not able to go back to our room for around an hour. Good location though, very convenient for everything.

SSan NaikAs usual with my frequent visit to this area I find Woodbury Park hotel has been my preferred place to stay. Staff are lovely kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel satin a very picturesque location surrounded by pleasant scenery. Hotels and rooms are very clean and well attended to. Restaurant services are clean and impeccable. Credit goes to the chefs and the team who managed the service. I have had a pleasant breakfast service during my stay at Woodbury. I hope the staff and the team at Woodbury keep up the good work and encourage us to use them during my future trips to the area.
