"The hotel was easy to find and was extremely comfortable. The beds were soft and the room was spacious. The hotel looked like a resort very close to the sea. It looked very luxurious and it was very clean. We had a great stay! Strongly recommended. The customer service offered help in English easily."

"Es con mucha diferencia el mejor hotel del parque, quizás en instalaciones sea similar a las zonas con habitaciones grandes de otros hoteles pero en atención no tiene rival. Es uno de los pocos que permite también un poco de desconexión. Al ser un hotel pequeño no hay muchos huéspedes y es mucho más tranquilo que los demás. La comida es muy buena."

"In general, everything is correct. Huge room and extremely comfortable beds. However, we stayed in a Callaghan's Superior room, but without the details like the Colorado Creek Superior rooms (no bottled water, for example). It is noticeable that the quality of the hotel's food at dinner and breakfast has dropped a lot compared to other times we have stayed at the Gold River."

AAlnoorThis hotel is right in the centre of town and close to everything with many restaurants and coffee bars. The parking lot is across the square. The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, coffee and juice is available 24 hours a day. When checking out they provided a bag of pastries and water. We would definitely return.

Yyuyu23The hotel is very new and in a good location. We booked a suite. There is a sofa bed and a large bed. The hotel has a small balcony with a sea view, and there are swimming pools on the top and first floors. From the hotel, you can see the ruins of the circus and the ruins of the ancient Roman Colosseum. It is not far to the beach, and there are supermarkets and dining blocks next to it. There is a paid parking lot.
The hotel's front desk lady didn't smile. The experience was not particularly good, but the male waiters were pretty good, with warm service and smiles on their faces. When I went there, it was the Spanish quarter-final game. The square next to it was full of people, and the atmosphere was particularly good

FFengzhiguBLThe hotel was quite comfortable for a transition from a day in Tarragona. The hotel said that there is a charge for parking, but in fact there is a large parking lot across the road, which is cheaper and has a better option. The room is clean and nice, but the overall service is so-so, and the English level is ok to communicate. It's good for a transitional day. You can find a small one within a 5-minute walk from the supermarket, which is enough.

From the beginning of opening the hotel door, it was wrapped in a gentle fragrance and warm light atmosphere. The front desk lady smiled and handed over a welcome cookie. The sentence ”hard work all the way” heard people's hearts warm ～
The room was more pleasant than the picture! The large floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the [city/scenery]. In the evening, I leaned on the lazy sofa to watch the sunset. Even the breathing was slowed down. The bedding was soft like a cloud. I usually recognized the bed and slept until dawn. Even the air conditioner sound was adjusted to the right point. The details control was very love!
If you insist on the shortcomings... Probably reluctant to leave when you check out! Next time I come here, this place will definitely be my first choice ～✨

MMarc GaldonFerrerLocated in a historical building in the old town of Altafulla, Hotel Gran Claustre is a peaceful stay in this busy tourist location.
Plenty of historical sights to enjoy around it.
Rooms are clean, even though could do with a new hand of painting and more attention to details: like the shower which made a mess every time because it is not fully closed, so some water makes it out and floods the bathroom floor.
There is parking space for cars, right in front of the hotel but they charge 6€ per day even for hotel guests, however drive a few minutes further up and there is plenty of free spots.
Swimming pool is nice, boutique style, not big but well taken care of and picturesque.

SSulleyACan’t recommend this hotel enough, location , staff and service was amazing. It is abit on a hill, but this didn’t bother me at all. I had the breakfast included and was so pleased, so much to choose from! Staff were super friendly and room was cleaned daily. I did not have the sea view but had a lovely view of palm trees from my room which always had a nice breeze coming. Loved every bit and will most likely stay here again when I visit Salou. Thanks for amazing service 4R Playa Park Hotel.

MMarc GaldonFerrerGreat option to stay if you want to visit Port Aventura amusement park.
Staying for the night at the hotel will grant you access to the park on both days, the check-in and the check-out.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, for a good rest after spending the day at the park.
The swimming pool is also amazing, big and beautiful, it is an adventure in itself.
Only issue is the service: you can feel that the staff do their best, however during peak season, they are so busy that for sure you will have to line up in order to get anything done. They are moving ahead and making moves for automatic self-service processes: like self- check out, but still is not enough. You gotta then have some patience and wait until your turn comes.
