It is a really nice apartment with a great view. It has a balcony with a view of the mountains and a terrace with a view of fields and meadows. Of course, the apartment is quiet.The apartment has a beautiful Art Nouveau bedroom, another bed in the hallway in a cozy niche, a bathroom that can be reached from the bedroom, a living room with kitchen and plenty of seating.It is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Bavaria in the middle of a lake landscape. From the apartment to the next lake you can walk about 10 minutes. In addition, there are many other lakes, all of which can be reached within 10 minutes by car and of course Lake Chiemsee. With a short drive you can reach beautiful and interesting destinations, such as Herrenchiemsee Castle, Salzburg and the mountains. The Hagerhof is located in the midst of the Eggstätt-Hemhofer Lakeland with many swimming lakes, hiking trails and cycle paths. The apartment is called saddlery, is 50 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The apartment fits 2 adults or 2 adults and a baby or toddler. The bedroom is completed with a large double bed, single mattresses, a cot and adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet and bath. The large living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room with large TV and stereo, desk, a cloakroom and a small storage room. The terrace with garden furniture is on the south side. In the utility room you can use washer and dryer. The sauna, by appointment only for you alone, is in the basement.
