"とにかく、駅の目の前にあるのでとても便利で、一面、雪でしたので助かりました。 お部屋にはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディ&フェイスソープ、ドライヤー、カセットドリップ式のコーヒーメーカー（一杯分100円）、電気ケトル、小さい冷蔵庫、コップがありました。 シャンプーなどはDHCのもで良かったです。 スプーンやマドラーなどはなくフロントまで撮りに行きました。　冷蔵庫のききが弱いのでアイスは溶けてしまいました。 雪かきも良くしてくださり、スタッフの皆さんも気持ちの良い対応で心地よく滞在することができました。 お値段も安く、おすすめです。"

"I will definitely go back and stay here next time I come to Sapporo during winter. The room is quite spacious for hotel in japan, super clean, I love that they provide comfy nice pajamas. The hotel is conveniently connected to Bivi shopping center, JR Shin-Sapporo St and subway. The thing I extremely love that during winter, in front of hotel the soft snow piling up and it was so fun to play there. Area of improvement is that I felt like the room need more bins. The hotel only provided one trash bin in bed room area but not in the kitchen or toilet."

"I like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice."

"The location of the hotel is super convenient, as soon as Shin Sapporo Station comes out. But the room is indeed old, and there is no separate quilt that is separated by sheets. The service is ok."

"The subway station is close, there are convenience stores and supermarkets! I was able to stay at home with my family. I'm freer than the hotel. It was a great accommodation for my big family.
