"The rooms are very clean, modern, and also have daily cleaning...
The staff are very helpful and informative. I really like the fact the rooms have a refrigerator, iron board, iron, coffee pots, and a safe to keep valuables locked up. I really enjoyed having a gym in the facility and the whole hotel had vey nice A/C. Durango gets hot!
I love their breakfast! Fresh cut fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, cereal, yogurt, fresh coffee, beans, chilaquiles, and they serve different items daily...
Make sure to have a fresh drink at the bar!!!

"The room was large and clean, the location was excellent, opposite the supermarket, there was a restaurant at the entrance of the hotel, and the price was acceptable. 24-hour service, a recommended hotel."
"Beautiful hotel, nice location and safe.
Overall we had a good stay, but the toilet was super noisy when flushing… like extremely noisy and in the morning the corridors are quite noisy too, other than that there’s not many other options in the area."

DDinorahExcellent service, very friendly, quick and timely care, good food, fault a lift so it was sometimes very late to wait for the only lift that served and at the time when the room was cleaned key cards are blocked and there is that down to reception to activate it again to be able to open the door of the room which is a little annoying, from there in more is very good, excellent attention, happiness
GGuest UserI was unsatisfied with the front desk employee name Alex .I have arrive before my check in .He told me they have a room available but I have to pay extra on the side for the amount of $78.00 I told him I do alot of traving never experience this before . I have already pay in advance. He refuse to let me speak to the manager . Just has us sitting there . We had constantly made call to the front desk request the room to be clean . They forgot to give us towel 3 hours later. The only postive feedback I have to give is the pool and spa area they where very nice . SANDRA GAVE US EXCELLENT SERVICE her massage 💆♀️ are the best
GGuest UserThis is my second time at the One. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Paseo Durango, a mall, and a Liverpool and Sears. It is centrally located and ordering an Uber is easy. The staff is very friendly, careful with my heavy luggage, and the breakfast was acceptable. The bathroom is a letdown: nothing but soap and towels, without and toiletries, and things were going well until I found a long hair in the sink (I hardly have any hair at all). I believe it’s a good, functional option for people on the go who are looking for a decent place to spend the night.
DDerekThe hotel has friendly staff, especially in the 5th floor restaurant. The Wi-Fi was strong and the bed was comfortable. An area to improve would be to make sure the curtains are long enough or able to cover the entire window. Aside from a screaming child, the hotel was quite enough that one couldn’t tell it is on a busy road.
