Whether it was the cleaning staff proactively asking when it would be convenient to tidy up, or the restaurant staff guiding me to available breakfast seating, or even the chef at dinner, based on the service staff's observation that I didn't eat fatty meat the previous night, adjusting the fat-to-lean ratio of the twice-cooked pork the next day… these actions moved me deeply and left me in awe of the five-star hotel's service standards!"

"Taking advantage of the tail end of the summer holidays, I spent three days in Dujiangyan and chose to stay at the Yinshi Yunshe Lakeview B&B, which came highly recommended by a friend. The terrace room I booked offered a fantastic view. The terrace door was thoughtfully equipped with a mosquito screen, allowing for ventilation while keeping insects out, and providing a direct river view. At night, I asked the housekeeper to light some sleep-inducing aromatherapy, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. When checking out, the staff even offered to help with my luggage, providing warm and attentive service. It was the perfect way to make the most of the last moments of my holiday bliss."

"After looking at many reviews for Steigenberger and Huajian Pavilion on Ctrip, I chose Huajian Pavilion because it was generally agreed that its facilities were newer and it was closer to Snow World. After checking in, I felt it was a good choice; the hotel environment was quiet and conducive to sleep. Perhaps due to the high number of guests, the cleanliness of the restaurant and pool could be improved. After the evening buffet was booked out by a group, there were no other Chinese restaurants available. The strangest thing was that the hotel had a huge changing room and shower area for the pool, but there wasn't a single hook in the entire shower room. I wonder how others managed to hang their wet swimsuits and clean clothes. I, for one, had to rack my brains and tie my clothes to my pajama strings just to get dressed. Sunac definitely has its unique features, but the service quality really needs improvement."

Opening the room door, my usual first check was the bedding – it was clean, neatly arranged, and surprisingly comfortable. The toiletries in the shower were also high-quality. Even better, each room had its own name instead of a cold number, as if each held its own story. Some rooms face the Min River, which is where the legendary 'blue tears' flow.
