Pet friendly Hotels Dujiangyan

The front gate of Qingcheng Mountain is only a few minutes' walk away, and it is also the closest to Dujiangyan. The four beauties @燕子 @小郑 @丹丹 @涵涵 at the hotel front desk gave the best suggestions for arrangements after check-in according to our time and ideas, allowing us to complete the journey to Dujiangyan and Qingcheng Mountain calmly. Thank you for their professional and sincere help. It would be even better if the hotel had health services such as massage.

It is a cute hotel with a really awesome fruit platter that they present to you when you arrive! It has an abundance of fruit and different options, including longyan (longans!) The hotel is a bit hard to find--the Didi drivers usually get routed kind of to the parking entrance but I would just enter the little town directly from the front gate, not the parking garage. If you arrive during daytime hours, the general manager (she has short hair and wears a blue suit and glasses) will help you out because she is standing at a little kiosk at the front to welcome and greet guests. She is fantastic and one of the highlights of my entire stay. She was everywhere whenever I needed her. For example, she was there when I arrived, looking lost because I couldn't find the hotel and was a little confused on how to get inside (you might see this mural/hanging poster sort of situation and the lobby entrance is basically to the left of that). She was there in the morning when I was getting breakfast and was unfamiliar with some of the menu items. She was there when I was leaving and helped receive my kuaidi (courier) delivery too and pass it to me! She even reminded me of the benefits I have as a guest at the hotel (that I had actually forgotten about), like the afternoon tea experience that is included in the price of my stay. Even though I didn't use it immediately on arrival, she helped arrange it so I could use it the day I checked out and was leaving, so I got to enjoy some nice buckwheat tea and cookies after my hike and before my long train ride to my next destination! She really cares about the comfort of her guests and everything that's going on at the hotel. Overall, a very relaxing stay and I appreciate my experience there. Also, finally, the toiletries are amazing. They are bergamot-scented and actually very high quality. I've stayed at much more expensive hotels and these are by far the best toiletries I've ever used. The conditioner in particular is especially good and really moisturizes your hair.

Unpleasant accommodation experience, booked two rooms, the main problem is the courtyard hot spring room for 4 people, most of what I want to say has been said in another review, so I won't repeat it. The problem with this courtyard suite is that the picture does not match the actual situation. The window in the picture is large and the lighting is good. In fact, the windows in 318 and 315 where we stayed are very small, and the lighting is very poor when there is no sun. Visually, there are at most two rooms with large windows in the picture. When we checked in at the front desk, there was also a couple who reported that the room did not match the picture and wanted to change rooms. My two comments and follow-up comments are all true descriptions. The hotel's reply in the previous post is still nonsense, such as ”you are provided with a room but you don't want it and you have to wait”, ”we have agreed to your mother's room change”, etc. If you really did this, I wouldn't be so angry. And if you don't quibble, I would consider giving this room a 4, but now it's a stretch to give a medium review. I hereby authorize you to post my comments on Dyin, Xiaohongshu and other related platforms to prove my innocence if you have complete surveillance and recordings of these conversations. If not, please accept these two negative reviews, stand at attention when you are criticized, maintain good hygiene, train employees well, and stop making excuses.

It's better than expected, the lobby is bright and spacious, the service attitude is very good, the room is large, the facilities are complete, there is coffee, the parking lot is large, it is very close to Nanqiao, Lidui and Blue Tears, the environment is also very good, the building is very ancient, very much like an old house, the second floor corridor is very artistic, listening to the wind, watching the rain and drinking tea, it's very pleasant to get up in the morning and stroll around the ancient city and the city gate. The lady's service was very good and the room was very big! It is very suitable for a family to go out and play. It is clean and comfortable. The surrounding environment is also very good. A very satisfying experience. The hotel is located on the mountain, quiet and cool. There are many places to eat after a short walk down the mountain. There is a plank road in front of the hotel going up the mountain. You can reach the Erwang Temple at the back door of the scenic area in about ten minutes. I was given a free room upgrade on a weekday during the off-season. The room was very spacious and had a large balcony. Fruits were delivered every day during my stay. The breakfast was rich, and you can sit outside and enjoy the scenery. It was very comfortable. The outdoor hot spring was indeed not clean enough when there were few people. There were bugs when I went there for the first time, but there were more people coming to the hotel on Saturdays and Sundays. When I went there again, I found that the water was clean and comfortable to soak in. So overall, the experience was still very good! If I have the opportunity to come to Dujiangyan again, I will stay there~
