"Staying in a mountain-view king room at the Lindao Hotel was a delightful experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided warm and thoughtful service. Her use of ”our place” made me feel instantly at home. The hotel's overall environment is excellent. The room's window directly faces the ancient city of Guanxian, with rolling mountains in the foreground. It's about three kilometers from the Dujiangyan scenic area.
Recalling the rushing Minjiang River at the foot of the mountains, the two-thousand-year-old irrigation project, the 'blue tears' at night, and the vast, fertile Chengdu Plain, I sat at the small table in my room, savoring the hotel's complimentary scented tea. I marveled at the ancient wisdom of the water conservancy engineers and listened to 'Xiaodu' (a smart speaker) recount the city's history and culture. It's a place worth pausing, worth staying, and worth returning to!"
