The location is very good. It is in the ancient city. The citywalk is very convenient. The owner of the spa shop next to it is very good at pressing the button. He pressed the button for two days in a row, which greatly relieved the fatigue. There is free parking in the parking lot of the Dujiangyan Hotel next to it. The design style of the hotel is very popular with our family. I like to order a cup of tea and sit for a while in the lobby, especially at night when the shadows of the trees are dancing and the evening breeze blows. It is very comfortable. The details of the decoration are also very simple but very high-quality. There is a laundry room, dryer and gym. Afternoon tea is also good👍 The breakfast is also great. I like this B&B very much.

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

This stay was perfect. The room was spacious and elegant, and the hot spring water was directly introduced. The water quality was excellent, and the skin was smooth after soaking. The garden hot spring pools were of different styles, and it was very comfortable to enjoy the hot springs surrounded by green plants. The service staff was considerate, not only patiently answering questions, but also providing thoughtful personalized services. In terms of dining, there are rich local specialties, fresh ingredients, and authentic cooking. The hotel is in a quiet location with convenient transportation and beautiful natural scenery around. Whether it is a leisure vacation or a business trip, this is a good choice, looking forward to coming again next time!

Saw torn and stained bath towel on 1st day. (See photo). Subsequent days, ok. Location is great - 10.mins walk to the railway station and around 25mins walk yo the ancient city, North Bridge, etc. Breakfast co-hosted by Holiday Inn. Disappointed - we went in around 8:15 am. Most food not replenished. No pancake available at pancake stand. Said sold out. Staffs eager to clear table. By 9am, no kitchen staff around. So we cancelled next day breakfast. Website said there is massage room. Tried to make booking, reception said no. Asked if there is massage nearby, reception asked me to search the website. Google, FB and WhatsApp were blocked. Reception staffs don't speak English. Wish they smile.

I really like this accommodation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, quiet, good weather, get complete rest. All the staff were very welcoming, eager to ask my needs and try to communicate with me even though I am a foreigner. Delicious food and snacks It was a break from hard work that was very good for my body and mind. The environment of the homestay is very good! The courtyard wall is full of flowers and trees. You can sit on the balcony at night to see the moon and stars. The interior decoration is minimalist log style, which is very relaxing and healing. The breakfast auntie cooked very delicious breakfast. There is also a high-speed rail station pick-up service. I have a good rest these days👍 The boss is a very gentle and lovely lady. Worried that it would be inconvenient for me to go out for dinner, she also asked me to have lunch together🥣I was very touched😭🙏

In the afternoon, when the sun is shining, sit by the river. The boss will thoughtfully prepare afternoon tea. Those with children can go to the river to play in the water. It’s a great place to cool off and escape the summer heat! At dinner time, you can dine at the B&B restaurant, where you can pick fresh seasonal vegetables and wild birds. The chef’s skills are great. I especially recommend the old chicken soup. Make a reservation with the boss when you go out in the morning. The chef will simmer it on low heat all afternoon. It is very delicious! After dinner, go back to the guest room and take a hot spring bath to wash away the fatigue of the day. Then lie on the bed and feel the breath of nature and slowly fall asleep. It was the first time for the whole family to visit Qingcheng Mountain. We looked at several B&Bs and were finally attracted by the room type and scenery of this one. The B&B is located halfway up the mountain. The view from the room is wide and eye-catching. You can enjoy the ever-changing beauty of Qingcheng Mountain in a day. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and has a thermal drying function which is very practical. The B&B has its own restaurant, so you can order directly if you don’t want to go down the mountain at night. The food is large and tastes good. The free pick-up and drop-off is the highlight of the service. The handsome guy was very patient. I told him the wrong location when picking up the bus. After communication, he picked us up smoothly. It was very convenient to use the car later!
